A reasonable product but overhyped; does not replace experienced consultants in automation
What do you like best about the product?
Good library of specific tools and a reasonable point-and-click interface.
It's a reasonable addition to a standard set of tools for any business analyst who understands it is not a solution to every problem.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's maybe a tool that would impress someone who's never worked in process automation before than a seasoned professional. For those with more experience, it has clear weaknesses to enterprise-class solutions properly developed.
The graphical variable management approach is esoteric and overly complicated and multiple steps are required to perform fairly simple actions.
AA feels like a wrapper for a variety of tools (i.e. a nice frontend to text processing/AI libraries like Tesseract, common VBA scripts etc) but some of the design decisions made to glue these tools together (i.e. variable passing) can be confusing and overly complicated and prevent this tool from being "easy to use".
Where a product like this should shine is in ease of use, and quality of documentation.
Unfortunately while evaluating the product, I became concerned that documentation/tutorials etc can be written in non-standard English and need properly rewriting.
For example, the "Business Analyst" AA course uses poor English, and also teaches a variety of the business analysis development process that is not one I consider standard, and is made overly complicated. The "suggested" templates for processes in the automation pipeline are rather esoteric Excel/VBA documents that are not really suitable for real world business analysis, in my opinion.
Long term strategic solutions still will need IT design in standard enterprise class tools and to get adoption AA probably need to get someone to properly copy write their tutorials/docs.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you need a tactical solution developed, it's more than suitable. However there is an over-reliance on a simplistic desktop model. For long term "automation" server-based/more robust enterprise solutions in standard languages would be far more suitable.
To replace the standard "tactical" user-based solutions, for example overly complicated VBA PowerShell, VBScript etc in the short term while you focus on developing a more suitable enterprise-grade solution, it is more than up to the job although I'd recommend a cost/benefit analysis between the cost of the tool and "rolling your own".

Recommendations to others considering the product:
it's not going to solve all your business problems - it's a desktop oriented solution and lacks enterprise polish. The documentation is extensive, but language is confusing and non-standard. Examples and "templates" suggested, for example in the BA process, are poorly written and overly-complex.

No comments.make it full free to the people so that many people below poverty line can learn and earn benefits of it.

It is difficult to use AAU software because of subscription fees make it feel free.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is the best RPA tool on the market. The interface is extremely intuitive and easy to use. Training new team members is always a breeze. It's also a fun product to use, backed up by great support. A no brainer RPA!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's more features than we need, which isn't necessary a bad thing but it can be difficult to find some of the most important parts "hidden" in the many available features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've reduced significant amount of overhead that was previously used to find errors manually. This has lead to improved accuracy, employee performance, and overall productivity.
Automation Tool with overwhelming capabilities.
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Automation Anywhere along with other RPA tools. I always felt that Automation Anywhere is a RPA tool with advance capabilities like IQ Bots, Metabots etc, which other RPA tools in the market are lacking with. The best think so far is with the stability of the Bots and there performance. Also, when it comes to RPA world Automation Anywhere it's considered as the most trusted vendors across the world specially it's the most recommended tool in NA and MEA region, hence, there is no challenge in convincing the clients to use it. It has a Proven history and that helps a lot.

There's nothing to dislike so far but I will recommend Automation Anywhere to work on the User experience by simplifying the user interface more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have Automated a Service Now use case for Ticket Monitoring and assignment and we have seen visible benefits regarding the Factors such as Average handling time, responses, meeting SLA's and the accuracy of the ticket assignments matching the keywords with a reference excel file.
We have also automated a SAP Finance use case for the weekly, monthly and yearly reports . The average saving observed was the time saved per day.

Yes i will definitely recommend taking into consideration it stability and reliability over other tools.

Automation anywhere is a simple and intelligent tool to automate the tasks you wish to automate. It comes with control room which helps you to control the bots to automate the tasks. It has IQ bots which helps to run the attended bots and unattended bots as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation anywhere should be provided with more support where its website has few support video's but not helpful in few cases. It should support the virtual machines to run the bots in the virtual machines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using the Automation Anywhere to automate the daily manual rules based tasks and it saves my time.

always use the commands/controls instead of workflow recorder as its always best practice to do logical flow on our own instead of recording and modifying

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is a net framework and it is very useful tool we can automate both web and window application.Its easy usage of 500 commands to navigate.Increases transaction speed and allows to save time and costs.It is very efficient for processes that involves repetitive tasks.The Automation Anywhere software has a great User Interface and is easy to use. They also have a great Customer Support team which helps you quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
First it understanding of beginning level is difficult.i don't have access the IQ bot.Object cloning needs to be more reliable and flexible than it is today.Sometimes application becomes slow because when there is a more load on the server.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bots pleasant us to avoid the manual tasks.I built a bot recently to write down certificates for one of the fests in our University which otherwise had to be done manually and would take days to complete helps start the conversation of simplifying processes.

I like how it seamlessly integrated with our system at the time. Very flexible overall.

Nothing at all to dislike. Nobody likes paying high costs but its 100% worth it.

Time wasted on different systems. Everything can be done from the central "control room" so to speak.

I was hesitant when we first implemented the system but I loved it. Cut costs, improve quality and more efficient. What's not to love?
