What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere is a simple and intelligent tool to automate the tasks you wish to automate. It comes with control room which helps you to control the bots to automate the tasks. It has IQ bots which helps to run the attended bots and unattended bots as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation anywhere should be provided with more support where its website has few support video's but not helpful in few cases. It should support the virtual machines to run the bots in the virtual machines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using the Automation Anywhere to automate the daily manual rules based tasks and it saves my time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To publish more support information on Automation anywhere where it doesn't work well with the remote desktop connections.

We have achieved accuracy and volume in calculating wage hikes using Automation Anywhere RPA platform

always use the commands/controls instead of workflow recorder as its always best practice to do logical flow on our own instead of recording and modifying

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is a net framework and it is very useful tool we can automate both web and window application.Its easy usage of 500 commands to navigate.Increases transaction speed and allows to save time and costs.It is very efficient for processes that involves repetitive tasks.The Automation Anywhere software has a great User Interface and is easy to use. They also have a great Customer Support team which helps you quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
First it understanding of beginning level is difficult.i don't have access the IQ bot.Object cloning needs to be more reliable and flexible than it is today.Sometimes application becomes slow because when there is a more load on the server.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bots pleasant us to avoid the manual tasks.I built a bot recently to write down certificates for one of the fests in our University which otherwise had to be done manually and would take days to complete helps start the conversation of simplifying processes.
Faster speed, higher capacity and more secure

I like how it seamlessly integrated with our system at the time. Very flexible overall.

Nothing at all to dislike. Nobody likes paying high costs but its 100% worth it.

Time wasted on different systems. Everything can be done from the central "control room" so to speak.

I can't recommend it enough. It saves so much time and makes general day to day work much easier.

What I like about Automation Anywhere is the object cloning and the way you can move the mouse and either go to a particular point or go to an element. That's very easy and intuitive in Automation Anywhere. In Automation Anywhere we can easily automate excel works.In Automation anywhere visibility in the processes which are working is its most valuable feature. Take, for example, Control Room. This is one of the unique features of it, because at the end of the day, the business does not need to know whether it is a MetaBot, IQ Bot, or anything like that. In automation anywhere you can easily and quickly automate the process. It is very easy to integrate with various applications. whether it is SAP, web forms, Excel, or PDF, exposed quite a bit of integration opportunities within the organization. Definitely, this is one of the key assets, as well, for us to work better with the customers.Automation anywhere also having community form where you can ask question and very quickly you get the solutions. this is biggest advantage of this tool.Automation anywhere also having control room where you can monitor your bots and can see the logs. In automation anywhere we can execute custom code which is unique feature in that. In this tool spying the element also easy.

I am still finding the disadvantage of automation anywhere

The best thing in automation anywhere is drag and drop feature and also its interface is too good.

Dislike in automation anywhere is sometime capturing the the image and buttons doesn’t take the exact position.

basic bots created,some websites automated by using recorders,extracting data, converting data file from one format to another format.
