What do you like best about the product?
Drag and drop function is easy to use. Categorisation of actions/commands is intuitive and removes the requirement to memorise/write codes
What do you dislike about the product?
Taking up too much disk space, and can cause your system to be very slow/lagging depending on your configuration and server
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Repetitive, non-value adding, and high volume tasks. So far I haven't build it for my own use due to company's IT restrictions.

AA experience has been very fascinating. Learning simple way to fix a painful, lengthy process has been great. Esp metabot and IQ Bot has helped explore simple ways to deal with tedious n mundane tasks. Each time while creating a bot, when the processes gets done in a simpler way, it feels so awesome. Having fun in creating bots. #automation #anywhere #automationanywhere

Couple of shortcomings like script used are only in vbs or Java, which I guess will be expanded to other scripting languages too
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many tasks that are repetitive are solved, saving many hours.

It's easy to use, adopt, transform, evolve, emerge as champion. Definitely this does not scatch jobs, I stead create alternate and advanced jobs n help people in not doing repetitive tasks which are error prone and time consuming

What do you like best about the product?
it has a lot of functionality and features and this help us to automate the task very smoothly and flexible to use it. In Automation Anywhere we can create three types of bots and that are IQ Bot, Meta Bot and Task Bot. PDF Integration and OCR is good to use it. Simple to integrate with SAP in Meta Bot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Image Identification with bot is difficult to implement in Automation Anywhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves the time and resource due to automation anywhere, it supports for AI and Machine Learning also. In Mobile also we can manage the tasks very easily without any difficult.

Great for creating Bots in Automation Anywhere because it has Digital Workforce.

The theory, the in-depth knowledge, everything is explained in detail. the video makes it easy to understand the steps. speeds up the process of learning.
the steps actually made my work easy I had issues on the initial setup so used it as reference. I am a happy man, I am glad I found it at the right time.

What do you dislike about the product?
I was not happy with the pictures as I could not see them properly there is no way to zoom in either.
I wish I could use the software for a longer duration (trial). since we are a start-up and we have limited fundings so its a little difficult to manage the capital. but mainly please improve the picture quality or have a zoom-in icon for the pictures.

I don't have to do the repetitive work on excel anymore. home and work. emails excel word I have automated them for my benefit. I have actually reduced my work by 15%.
all I have to do is 1 click and my 3 hr of hard work is reduced to nothing.
have also implemented this business for various reports and emails at the moment hope to make more changes.

Nice tool to automate the process with in build 500 commands and nice web and screen recorders.
What do you dislike about the product?
still not very much comparable with citrix , terminal emulator and pdf automation.

For structured and semi -structured automation this tool is the best to automate.

What do you like best about the product?
Its a very powerful tool for implementing RPA to any business process. using this tool we can automate citrix or VM process using surface automation. Accuracy is better comparing with any other tool. Automation anywhere provides data extraction from PDF better than other tools in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much to talk about disliking this tool as it is very user friendly and easy to learn and implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have automated most of the manual processes in our office like HR related work, adding new employee details in to our database. We have use this tool to do member enrollment , product details updating in our claims application. We have used it in most of the case where repetitive monotonous manual work existing processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Most of our work is over the Web and Macros will not be able to automate the same. However, Bots helped me to automate all the process of manual entry and saved a huge amount of time. It is really efficient and easy to create to a Bot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bots Though are very dependable it depends on the speed of the system and the network. in most instance you could ensure it starts working once the data appears on the screen , however we still need someone to monitor the results of using the bot on a regular basis

We have been using the bots to replicate the manual entry jobs made by the colleagues. Also for easing the QC process which is logic based.
