One of the tough RPA Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Developer friendly. Since it utilizes most of the coding for achieving the automation, chances of failure are less. UI of the tool is great and looks very promising.
Automation Anywhere is a great platform to make your day-to-day routine work easier through Bots. Create a bot to perform a task with your specifications schedule it if you need it to be done at a particular time or you can even repeat the same task multiple numbers of times and track what has happened at every step of it through workflow diagrams.

What do you dislike about the product?
It needs lots of coding knowledge to achieve automation. UI can be improved. There is a room for improvement in the area of recording. Desktop automation can be improvised significantly.
Pricing is a little expensive side and not everybody can afford it. Trail version is not many features rich and There is no training available easily.

It is pretty easy to build the process and it saves a lot of time and effort. Debugging is quite easy compared to other tools.
Selecting the writing tool to write code might be difficult for non-programmers. If it has a better way of communication like an embedded chatbot to interact with users rather than customer care services when in a situation of an urgent solution to problems, it is better . Steps to follow while installing and setting up the software are not clear. Clear cut documentation of the whole set up would make it easier for users.

Automation Anywhere allows organizations to automate the processes which are performed by the humans. It is a Web-Based Management System which uses a Control Room to run the Automated Tasks. Automation Anywhere tool can automate ends to end business operations for companies.

Way too easy to code, OCR doesn't work properly and has limited usability

What do you like best about the product?
Distribution of duties to several computers with automated data transfer and between files and applications it has really reduced the number of manual work thus increased accuracy and reduces errors in processes that requires critical accuracy and most importantly it has automated complex tasks for us.

Cloud computing is not really good i also would like to see it having options to run in external.

To enhance productivity through digital work as well as deploying and monitor tasks that are in high demand by our clients and also to eliminate errors in work that needs accuracy.

Great for any company looking for enhanced productivity with reduced rate of errrors also excellent in automation of complicated tasks i recommend anyone to try it out.

Automation Anywhere is the best RPA tool I ever used it consists of almost 500 plus commands.we can create IQ , Meta Bots and the best part of Automation Anywhere tool is we can control the bots using control room we schedule the bot. Using Automation Anywhere tool we can automate bot web and windows application and the Automation Anywhere made email and PDF automation very easy and also we can automate MainFrame applications using Terminal Emulator command we also perform recording action Excel automation is also very simple

I am using AA to solve my project's day to day repetitive tasks.Preparing reports amd sending it to the relevant recipients.It had saved my time and workforce.

What do you like best about the product?
There are many integrations and commands available especially for Microsoft Excel. I find that a great leveraging command. Macros can be run easily using AA's excel commands. Also running files inside folders is a great asset.
What do you dislike about the product?
Browser-based automations in which we use object cloning is not stable. The bots begin to break once there are slight changes to the website which can be tricky. Also, other softwares use exception handling in a better like Blue Prism uses Recover and Resume stages so that bot does not break down in case of an error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Excel related automations were solved easily. Also SQL based projects have also been automated.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Play around with the software as much as you can. I tried tricky things such as displaying locked down credential manager variables on the screen.

The explanation and practice questions are always helpful. I really enjoyed doing the quiz after each module. Also enjoyed the follow through topics.
It was good that the quiz allowed us 3 attempts as I would have to go back and learn some more. This always made sure that I was learning so it was a great way of allowing students to work at their own pace.

What do you dislike about the product?
The speed at which some of the modules were finishing. I just wanted to go faster in some places as there was a repeat of content. I also didn't like some of the long modules. These ones could not be skipped, had a lot of content that was being repeated from previous modules and had a short quiz after each section. It took me a total of 4 days to finish that one module and it could have been done faster considering the information contained within it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to understand the role of technology in our environment much better. I'm using the AA knowledge in my new job, even though we don't have AA tools to help us with work. I am still able to use the knowledge from my courses into creating small chat bots, email bots, and recorder bots. I would love to use the AA tools since the recorders are simple to use, everything is streamlined and laid out on the dashboard.
