What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is the best RPA tool I ever used it consists of almost 500 plus commands.we can create IQ , Meta Bots and the best part of Automation Anywhere tool is we can control the bots using control room we schedule the bot. Using Automation Anywhere tool we can automate bot web and windows application and the Automation Anywhere made email and PDF automation very easy and also we can automate MainFrame applications using Terminal Emulator command we also perform recording action Excel automation is also very simple

Automation Anywhere is the Best RPA tool didn't find any negative about the tool. We can also run the script in Automation Anywhere tool

Automation Anywhere tool helped me to automate the manual process and save my time and also we are using the tool in our client projects is very reliable and user-friendly tool. Performance of the application is very good

I am using AA to solve my project's day to day repetitive tasks.Preparing reports amd sending it to the relevant recipients.It had saved my time and workforce.

What do you like best about the product?
There are many integrations and commands available especially for Microsoft Excel. I find that a great leveraging command. Macros can be run easily using AA's excel commands. Also running files inside folders is a great asset.
What do you dislike about the product?
Browser-based automations in which we use object cloning is not stable. The bots begin to break once there are slight changes to the website which can be tricky. Also, other softwares use exception handling in a better like Blue Prism uses Recover and Resume stages so that bot does not break down in case of an error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Excel related automations were solved easily. Also SQL based projects have also been automated.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Play around with the software as much as you can. I tried tricky things such as displaying locked down credential manager variables on the screen.

The explanation and practice questions are always helpful. I really enjoyed doing the quiz after each module. Also enjoyed the follow through topics.
It was good that the quiz allowed us 3 attempts as I would have to go back and learn some more. This always made sure that I was learning so it was a great way of allowing students to work at their own pace.

What do you dislike about the product?
The speed at which some of the modules were finishing. I just wanted to go faster in some places as there was a repeat of content. I also didn't like some of the long modules. These ones could not be skipped, had a lot of content that was being repeated from previous modules and had a short quiz after each section. It took me a total of 4 days to finish that one module and it could have been done faster considering the information contained within it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to understand the role of technology in our environment much better. I'm using the AA knowledge in my new job, even though we don't have AA tools to help us with work. I am still able to use the knowledge from my courses into creating small chat bots, email bots, and recorder bots. I would love to use the AA tools since the recorders are simple to use, everything is streamlined and laid out on the dashboard.

Working with Automation Anywhere: Resilient but to Hard Sometimes
What do you like best about the product?
What I most like in Automation Anywhere is the API methods to deploy and monitoring tasks, because that helps integration with other tools that orchestrate the tasks. We could use it to deploy tasks on demand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the problemas that Object Clonnins have. Some times we can't map de fields on the interface. When that happens we have to use external tools to resolve that problem. I'd like to use only one tool to do all the stuff related to the interface interaction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are developing tasks that close, cancel or forward tickets from real costumers. We have some tickets that run some troubleshoot scripts, the tickets that are solved by the troubleshoots go to RPAs queue and get a properly action, like close when it was sucessful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend to use it but only with a test of Object Clonning working on the fields you want. Because when don't work it results in a lot of extra hours in development to create workarounds for that issue. In general when they work it's very simple do develop. Other issue that happens a lot is the administrator permissions to execute external scripts.

Standard methods to create and manage automated processes. Automation Anywhere provides simple automation templates and methods for most of the tasks that I would like to automate. Gathering and responding to data collected from the display, files and applications is simple.

Because Automation Anywhere interacts with some many objects and applications and provides many ways of processing repetitive steps it is necessary to spend time learning how to create the processes. Fortunately Automation Anywhere University goes a long way towards solving this problem.

We decided to implement a bot capable of classifying the contract updates sent by our clients. We receive around 10,000 per month, and 5 employees were required to execute the task.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was hard to understand how to use the robot at the beginning. It could be great to have a demo to try before implementing the solution.
