A step up for a mid level IT employee
What do you like best about the product?
For me it is becoming game changer day by day. Being a storage admin there are certain task that i have to do without fail in the beginning for the shift, if they can be automated it is going to help me alot to invest my time in other more important activities for the day. so without sugarcoating it, i would say that this is a step up for a storage admin
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing so far. its a pretty decent technology to learn, i have not come across any issue that could be mentioned in the dislike kitty from my end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
slowly slowly i am learning how to automate small task and with the time i think my learning quotient is going to be even better. i am still at the learning stage and hopefully i have a long way to go in this,

stop your search and go to Automation Anywhere, i am pretty sure you wont be disappointed.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of usage in the tool with various flexibility for both users and developers. The tool comes with a very handy creator UI, and also the IQ bot seems to be a very competitive tool and helps to get the best out of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain things like searching the activities and flow chart option seem missing that can make life easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are and will be using AA in various departments of finance. We are starting initially with unattended bots and IQ bots to eliminate mundane tasks and to get efficient results from the bots. We are also trying to integrate AA with our legacy applications, which can help us achieve a good ROI.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to develop, reduce operational costs and gains productivity. Easy UI with lots of components that are predefined and easy to use. building a bot according to company needs takes not much time when we look at a developer perspective. also cloud capability is very nice for low volume companies who wants to avoid costs of infrastructure..
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately remote desktop compatibility is very low. we couldn't use it to connect to other machines. also some complex excel capabilities are very limited. complez macros and button-wise developments in an excel sheet cannot be managed effectivey using Automation anywhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IT Operation Automations. All predefined and routine tasks can easliy be developed. Lots of effort saving in IT OPS. we are managing a business project also especially finance and HR automations are in place. we are making this tool very common among people in the company. we planned a training so that even an HR employee can develop a bot using Automation Anywhere
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is nice to have tool for high volume companies that manage lots of different operations such as telecommunications. we are saving thousands of hours when we talk about more than 50 people's different routine operational works and reportings. we also had integration between service management model that is used in the company so that we achieved IT Ops processes in a fast way so that our customers can get this as benefits on their own.

What do you like best about the product?
My line manager introduced to me Automation anywhere and everything has changed since then. Today, productivity on my task has doubled by 66%. The platform also provide you with first hand knowledge about Automation, you can practically learn anything about AUTOMATION there.

What do you dislike about the product?
hnmmm! maybe I'm yet to discover that.oh yeah! the language options can be improved on....
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling over 10,000 Staff for Training has always been a tedious task for me as it's always quite hard to put an eye on everyone. But since I started using Automation Anywhere, the task has just been a click away without missing out anyone and excellent follow up plans.

Easy to use, that even non-programmer can use to complete the task. The IQ Bot is a brilliant feature that saves alot of time for my automation

The limitations of 25 analytic variables, if there is more analytic variables, it will be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Repetition tasks as well as task that is very prone to human error. It reduces alot of time spent on entering the data and there wont be any human error

Its a great tool that is suitable for people with Information Technology background or not, this it is easy to pick up for the users and client.

Automation Anywhere is the most user friendly and powerful tool in RPA
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is an amazing tool and is very user-friendly. It is so easy to create bots that perform almost any task which removes human intervention or human efforts. It boosts productivity and reduces the time required for tasks greatly. The best part is that bots like IQBot are Machine Learning capable! The Automation Anywhere software has a great User Interface and is easy to use. They also have a great Customer Support team which helps you quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing much of a downside to automating things that are going to make your tasks easier. As a student using it, I don't have access to IQBots, that's probably one thing which I would love to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved a lot of day to day tasks that require rigorous work which is not even hard to do but takes a lot of time. I built a bot recently to write down certificates for one of the fests in our University which otherwise had to be done manually and would take days to complete. Right now working on a bot that will verify the database and do a few other tasks for the Visitor Management System I've built for the University. Obviously, the biggest benefit is that it makes it so much easier to finish tasks that are easy yet consume a lot of time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is very easy to use the software, a lot of people might think it's very difficult to use it a might waste a lot of time trying to go through online courses and other materials before starting to use the software. I would suggest to just go through a simple basic course which will help you set up and figure out how to use and you can learn things on your own as you use the software. If you're stuck while doing complex tasks, just search online or ask on the forum and they'll help you out.

No dislikes are found so far but need to know the scope of integration with other modules

I think that the best of Automation Anywhere software is the big number of components and tools that offer to a developer a automation software quickly. Automation Anywhere offers a big number of components built but not too many as anothers RPA software.
The suite to control and release our developments, the "Control Room" is also excellent and offer alot of graphics to control robots execution and get a lot of real data easily.

I think Automation Anywhere should enhace the part of the design of workflows. Designing a workflow with this RPA tool is easy but also too simple, because the options to design a workflow are very reduce. If you compare Automation Anywhere workflows design tool with another RPA tools in this software market you will find more powerful workflow design tools easily
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've solving a lot of problems with Automation Anywhere RPA tool, some of them as simple as generate a daily report getting data from a Web page and then creating an Excel document to format this data and finally sending the final Excel document by email. On other occasions, I have had to make much more complex solutions in wich I have to access to serveral origin of data (Databases, web pages, PDF documents, inbox emails, etc., etc.) and apply them complex processes of data, but always Automatoin Anywhere has been able to give me a way, easier or more difficult, to resolve all these problems

Powerful RPA tool easy to use. This tool allows developers to build software in an intuitive way and allow catching and controlling errors software execution easily employing 'Error Handling' commands

The flow of the content, simulated handson examples, content clarity, good faculty and list goes on.

Free modules is fine however one shall get a test environment and user shall be asked to submit some project for certification.

I lead mass scale RPA deployment on AA in one of the reputed organization.
