What do you like best about the product?
excel automation,email automation ,object cloning.These are best among other tools available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the surface automation.Even Citrics automation is not working properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
human effort is replaced to a greater extent.Lot of time is saved.Highly cost efficient and increased productivity.

The drop down feature that enables user to create a bot or enable a RPA in a process is very simple and easy.

What do you like best about the product?
object cloning ,excel automation,web automation,email automation.These are the major features that I prefer to work.

Surface automation,citrics automation.Sometimes object cloning fails on surface automation.

Big replacement for human effort.Time consumption is reduced to the core.Almost every job is automated through machine.Low cost.High return on investment(ROI).Fast,cheap and better.

Interface operations are the best. OCR operations are very useful.

Using multiple databases is very difficult. But can be reduced by using YouTube videos. So automation anywhere is a tool to be used extensively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using automation anywhere for testing my website. And I am using in my job in TCS.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Search in community before frustrating. Automation anywhere has the best support. Almost every doubt you have can be solved with a simple search.

What do you like best about the product?
The Bot Developer training is simple enough for someone without technical background to be able to create simple bots, but if you have a technical background you will take the most of it, and be able to create the most complex bots to automate complete processes involving different applications and data manipulation.
What do you dislike about the product?
During the training, every module has the same explanation about the content and the flow of the content, after the third module is clear how it works, but it is time consuming to have to see that explanation for all of the modules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I just have finished the training and haven't used yet, but I can see chances of use it anywhere

Try it first, read about the uses of the tool, evaluate your business, if you have well defined and repetitive process, AA provides a great tool to automate them.

The daily mundane tasks can be automated without manual intervention and that too with lot of accuracy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The components selection for few tasks is little hard to remember for beginners. There is scope to simplify them so that this dislike can be removed😜

Instead of using manual power in daily repititive tasks. It can be utilized in any challenging work while this regular work is handled by RPA.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked that you don't need to know much about coding to be able to build a bot and all commands are all available for you to choose.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is programming, so you will still encounter programming errors. I don't think it gives much help in finding errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I found that someone in my department spends a day each month logging in and logging out of a website to enter information. Maybe that can be automated.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely look into seeing if there are very manual processes. That would be the quickest way to get benefit from this.

What do you like best about the product?
Use RPA to automate highly repetitive tasks. Free up hours of employee time for more engaging tasks. RPA is also good for tasks that may only happen once a week or month, but are lengthy to complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
RPA is very powerful. It would be nice to make it an end user application, but from a business compliance perspective, it could do serious damage to an infrastructure in the wrong hands.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Load closing routes that are fully loaded without any shorts. Things RPA can easily check just like a human can. Splitting routes in one system that the routing software cannot interface completely with.

RPA is a piece of software the interacts with systems like a human does. The more repetitive the task, the easier it is to configure the software to complete the task with a high rate of success. RPA can be configured to be 100% audited and also provide daily reports on how well it performed its intended tasks.

The ability to automate numerous tasks that would otherwise consume large parts of my work week. Ability to automatically build reports for those who request them on a weekly basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of right now, there is nothing to dislike this software is great.

Removing the mundane repetitive tasks that are performed on a weekly basis. Freeing up time for more critical thinking and analysis of the data.
