Can be used by person even when he/she is not so technical

Nothing yet. Its a bit pricey though. Can have better training videos.

I don't think the ROI feature will helps a lot, sometimes it showing too over. Some times once in 1000 errors are coming while running the application. Sometimes database issues.

The repititive tasks, resume handling, sending emails to job aspiratns, linked in filtering etc.,

Better the Automation databases to be on cloud instead of local systems even for the developers while working

The training pieces are incredibly helpful! I am working on becoming a Bot developer and hoping to become certified in others soon.

Other platforms are more visually appealing than AA.

It has helped our organization automate many processes. AA can be applied to everything and any business processes that you manually do on a daily or weekly, even monthly, basis.

Improve the visuals in the visual editor. Increase visuals.

for solving the invoice processing module we are using automation anywhere .

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and used to solve complex process in less interval of time.You don't require deep knowledge to work with the software.The MetaBots are useful to perform all manual activities as it has inbuilt features.It is safe and secure for all our business activities. It helps in working with excel, integration, SQL and other tools. Time required for validating documents is less and its fast. It has free courses available to learn and know more about the software.User Interface is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have doubt regarding some tool and getting error, it is difficult to get solution or help from the sources available in the internet. If you overload problems in the software, then it becomes slow. Some Tools have less features, so it takes more time to work on a process. Cloud computing facility is not available for this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The repeated process became automated with the help of this software. I have learn many things in short period of time. It has definitely saved lot of time compared to all other softwares that i have used.

excel automation,email automation ,object cloning.These are best among other tools available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the surface automation.Even Citrics automation is not working properly.

human effort is replaced to a greater extent.Lot of time is saved.Highly cost efficient and increased productivity.
