Easy Learn, Flexible, Every one can Understand
What do you like best about the product?
The Automation Anywhere Very power full and amazing tool. And community people super we get response with in day for our questions and doubts. The Automation anywhere university is very use full all people to learn. Exams, Trails, Certificates very well. Data security and implementation is very nice and citrix automation also good. and IQ bot is very nice and they build with cognitive automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some time The tool unresponsive remains everything ok. some online trail learning videos are not loaded quickly and some time browser will struck.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solved Entering the college student scholarship details to online and GST offline tool and online tool.
And many more tasks and realtime scenarios i done.

What do you like best about the product?
Relatively simple learning curve, solid integration with excel, SQL, and web tools. The web training is easy to follow and interactive. The tool itself doesn't require any prior programming knowledge but it does take some process improvement acumen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of canned metabots that can make commonly used things like "Copy, rename, and save a file" easily. There are some interface quirks with string operations where the logical outcome isn't as obvious. Object cloning needs to be more reliable and flexible than it is today.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dependency on people for complex processes. AA helps start the conversation of simplifying processes and documenting steps that manual processes can't. It teaches users to think systematically. We've saved many hours of work within a few weeks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Prepare adequate documentation of processes. CHallenge users that are simply trying to convert existing processes into AA. The bot logic is different in many ways than a human being since it requires repeatable instructions.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere allows you to create simple and powerful bots that can do various automation tasks that do not require any human intervention. The tool was very user-friendly with lots of in-built features that can allow you to create a simple bot within a few minutes. Different kinds of Bots can perform different kinds of tasks. Three types of Bots: TaskBot, MetaBot, and IQBot. Task Bots: Bots which automate a rule-based, repetitive task, like working with documents, HR, IT services. MetaBots are those bots that change automatically apply to any process utilizing that bot. IQBot is an advanced tool. It can learn on its own and perform a task according to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Post-installation, Everything is simple and easy. But the Installation of the software tool is a bit complicated and licensing, even more. You will have to install two kinds of packages namely client, and control room. Also if your system's specification is poor/low, it will take some toll on the performance of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using the Automation Anywhere tool, I sometimes scrape useful information from the internet, be it for my assignment or research purpose. I also use it sometimes to do mundane activities like copying and pasting contents from various files, as the bot can perform this task in a matter of a few seconds.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd highly recommend others to use Automation Anywhere tool if you want to remove the boring and mundane tasks with something so much more fun. Not only does it save your time, but it can also improve the way you think.

Automation Anywhere is user friendly tool anyone can easily understand & use it. they provide a good learning courses so new people can easily learn and create bot. It has high accuracy. This is a best tool which i ever used.

there is nothing to dislike. Compatibility with different versions of Automation Anywhere is not good.

Best in the RPA market
AA is a good enough tool to automate many complicated tasks. You just have to get used to it
What do you like best about the product?
The feature which allows us to execute SQL queries on a data table has to be the best for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a structure of a hardcore scripting tool, so although it has a drag-and-drop system, the problem comes while using If and Else statements, as you have to close them manually each time you use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using it for my project automation work, which mainly consists of huge amounts of data in the form of Excel, XML and DAT files. The XML data handling feature is one of the best features of this tool
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Please don't expect very simple and engaging pieces of tutorial.You'd have to search through the internet for additional sources of information in order to completely learn this tool. The existing videos are not sufficient to learn it thoroughly.

1. No graphically attractive workflow/map
2. Lengthy codes get a little clumsy
3. No direct external OCR tool integration capability like ABBYY plugins etc.

You can introduce pauses and delays inside your tasks to manage their execution, tracking of steps, and waiting for the window to load before resuming.

We have some of the tasks which used to be done manually which used to take much of manual efforts which are converted as Automation tasks like extracting data from web sites and copying data from forms and insert in to the application etc.

It is great tool those who want to get rid of repeated manual tasks which takes much of human efforts will be easily done by making it automated tasks by using Automation Anywhere software.

Easy interface and could be learnt by anybody. Also the free training course provided by Automation Anywhere is a boost for career in Automation .

It may lead to job loss though i may be incorrect. This may be implemented for task that are repetitive and time consuming .

It has been implemented in SAP jobs automation and daily reporting , Now we can monitor in a customized way in real time. It will make any organisation highly efficient.
