What do you like best about the product?
I liked the way how the help text is available for all the developers. It is a easy way for a beginner to learn while working

Work queues concept need to be improved. Where other RPA tools have the good queue concept and functionality. Hope AA will improve its queue features

This is one of the most powerful tools for automating your business and is quite user friendly too.

I relied a lot on the tutorials on the website and most of them were videos. It would be convenient to have pdfs too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organisation works in health insurance sector, where lots of claims have to be tabulated. This was done manually, but now we are looking to automate it.

What do you like best about the product?
Most of the programs have default connectors
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still programs which are not supported. For these you need to use clicks and keystrokes. Which is not the best but it works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can actually save a lot of time with tasks. Macro's can also do the trick but with this tool you do not need to have program skills.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Automation Anywhere is the best in its kind. The biggest with the best support and training. Also the online training is very good. I think AA is the future.
Excelent tool to RPA
What do you like best about the product?
I like the agility to create a robot with the recorder, also is interesting the automatic graphics generated for robots, savings, efficiency, times, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The courses, are sooooo sooooo slowwww!! I understand that is good for people like me that have not the best english listening, but you can put the subtitles in spanish and make videos faster and less repetitive. Also the price is too expensive for small companies
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Actually I'm working with AA only for academic study, but in the work I use others RPA tools and they can help with a lot of things!

User interface needs to be habituated at the beginning.

What do you like best about the product?
Well, I believe the best thing of any tool is how intuitive it is to use. AA is easy to use and the friendly UI helps in order to remember the functions and various features it provides.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, the terms that have been used to refer few modules/features provided in the tool. Also, there should be a clear differentiation for what domain you want to process automate. Few templates to get started helps enormously. Last but not the least, AA is expensive and it shouldn't be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating some legacy process that are been done daily. I think AA is one of the tool that solves the problem easily and effectively

The best thing is that it will learn u first how to do and then take a test on it to be prepared well. And it's really helpful

I don't think so that it's dislike throughout. The only thing was dislike that I really don't know where this course and certificate use. If it's not use or recommending anywhere then it's only a Wase of time.

I have solve the problem module and then find the solution by solving it perfectly. The benefits is I have 4 certificate of automation anywhere.

Its been great for any organization to reduce manual and reoccurring efforts using automation anywhere. Inbuilt variety of functions helps a lot in creating tasks.

I work in a MNC where we have to post many manual Journals which was automated with the help of Automation Anywhere through a simple excel functionality. I loved the simple easy to use interface it is built on.

Amazing Tool No Need To From Programming Background
What do you like best about the product?
As being freshers to the IT industry with no experience of programming. I started learning Automation Anywhere.
The training were available on portal and that was really helpful and easy to understand.

What do you dislike about the product?
Do not support Chrome completely. On chrome we have to run by using plugin. Initially sometime plugin get crashed.
Lot of time machine got hanged resulting to failure of automation.
I also faced issue with outlook metabot that was downloaded from bot store of automation anywhere, which didnot responded properly sometime.
When we have to connect to AA support people, they take little bit of time to resolve the issue resulting to delayed output by bot.

Being a developer, we really find it easy to develop the process in respect other tool.
Right now, I am automaing SAP automation along with Web based automation.
I had also ceated excel automation and automation based uopn input provided in XML format.

Need to make it stable by reducing enviroment dependency and improving the quality of support.
Also think upon reducing the system requirement like 16 gb ram and processor requirement.
Also provide better training to use queue. And also provide trainingto use dll for sap automation.
