What do you like best about the product?
RPA tool is very much useful to automate the tasks which we do repetitively. One can easily automate task with the help of this tool. The training program provided by RPA team was also very good and we understood the process without any ambiguity. The tool is very much useful to automate both web and windows based tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are no such things to dislike about RPA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have automated extraction of web data to Excel sheet. It is very much useful for me as it saves lot of my time.

What do you like best about the product?
It's the user friendly tool. By the training course which they provide , you can learn and make bots easily. The video tutorials are really very helpful for a newbie like me! If you also want to make a future in this, this is where you can start and grow.

Little complex for someone new. but it's easy to learn after the training.

The parking issues in all over the world is equal. And little more in India specifically.
So in an corporate office or educational fields ,we can identify the vehicle by its number and give a fine to the unknown vehicle holder by the use of bots.

With the tutorials I learned fast and I could use my knowledge on my job faster than other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the worst thing is many videos are slow and too much heavy, which makes you wanna pass.

I resolve everyday all the problems appear when I'm in my job everyday.
Learning Curve but Powerful and More User Friendly than Most
What do you like best about the product?
Without any coding abilities whatsoever, I was able to automate some simple tasks such as repetitive copy and pasting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool was very sensitive when I tried to use it. For example if trying to automate clicking a tab in Google Chrome, the bot seemed to always experience a run error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to automate some simple, repetitive mouse clicks in reporting that I had to do. These would eat up parts of my day, and were also prone to my human error due to losing focus.
Easy to learn and pick up for RPA

Ease of use, clear interface and plenty of commands

No silent mode to execute the task bots, or native Excel or internal browser engine.
