It's a wonderful product
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that Its very user friendly and is extremely easy to learn and adapt your processes to. We were able to use it very easily with three days of training.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have few qualms about the UI, but that's more of a personal preference
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mundane everyday tasks and hr payroll. It makes the whole process smoother and faster

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere (AA) is one of the best tool in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) which helps to reduce repetitive done by a man on daily basis. Its user friendly nature makes oneself more interested on such technologies which is y i started my career on AA. Even the low technical profile can easily learn the usage of this tool with the help of some creative thinking, which is needed to wisely use the tool. This community gives us free software which is best useful for people who may not afford it.
Now a days every company is using this to enhance their work efficiency by reducing human errors and by replacing humans with robots. This helps to easily automate and manage workflows efficiently.
This also reduces reliance on multiple systems to complete a single task at a time. It also offers scriptless automation.
It increases transaction speed and allows to save time and costs.Helps you to automate data transfers and import or export data between files or applications

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing for now but i hope in future it covers much more things regardless of human errors but detecting system errors too etc... areas and i would like learn aout it too

For repetitive tasks extracting some information from a website on daily basis
making excel sheets with that data

What do you like best about the product?
it is an easy to use/user friendly tool to create BOTs which help to reduce manual efforts. The best think i like the dashboard which provide full control on different bots/activities at one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is so efficient & simple to use tool, its hard to tell dislikes as not used till now in live environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Till now not used in live environment/problem, going thru study phase only.

Its very simple to use tool for all your automation need to save manual efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere is user friendly with enhanced features and the best part is no need to peep inside the backend code. Drag and drop feature that allows you to edit attribute at any instance. You can give the rights through control room according to expertise of the developer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation anywhere only comes into picture if the system is to use i.e. at the booting time of PC bots have no existence. For example - I want to full freshly install my OS with a bot by directly picking up required ISO and all the mandatory requirements. So we cannot say with the help of Automation anywhere everything is possible to automate related to computer processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Offices repeated work such as raising a ticket, validating XML, installing patches/ updates, even excel sheet is treated as a database table makes the work more simpler.

What do you like best about the product?
we can easily get used to the user-friendly environment that the Automation Anywhere is providing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I can complain about. I think the platform has to be more robust and more attaching to individuals. To my knowledge, the Platform should be brought closer to the individuals so that everyone could easily access it and make good use of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Social Related problems, automated billing or the problems that cannot be addressed by a single person is automated and is of great help to society.

Do not worry about the cost of the product just try it. The common and simple problems that society is facing today can easily be eliminated by automating things.

I like the customizability of the tool as well as the record feature.

I dislike that scheduling is not controlled by the user.

Email and excel automation I liked the most with Meta bots

While using Key stokes inna web application, user cannot see the Complete page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AA has reduced by efforts in sending Auto status mail to our employees. As manually Manger needs to send multiple Emails to update the status of the project, but by using email Automation and excel command, status are updating easily and alert mails are sending to each employee accordingly.

When talking about AI, bots and automation, usually those concepts imply a complex topic and a hard to develop solution. But Automation Anywhere has achieved a balance between complexity and easy of use.
The solutions are very intuitive and the visual programming approach is making it easier yet powerful.
Also there are in the background or back stage a lot if advanced algorithms that facilitate even further the development and implementation of automation solutions, like advanced text & character recognition, advanced windows elements recognition and activation (like buttons, text boxes, drill down menus, etc.)

I know that providing such a robust, complete and easy to learn and use solution requires a lot of R&D and a lot of human talent and effort, but the prices are quite high, I guess they can lower the prices a bit more and still being able to maintain the profit since lowering the prices will attract more users

At our organization, a specialized team has developed several bots that automate repetitive tasks like creating new forms inside our systems, or automating the extraction and generation of some reports and distributing them by email on a given frequency

What do you dislike about the product?
I can not think of any, it is an excellent product. The only 'dislike' I have it is too user friendly. From hands on programmer, I found it a bit tricky to navigate my way around the tool

It has helped increase the productivity, let AA do the manual tasks, you are freed up to do more interesting tasks
