What do you like best about the product?
AA have made operations team life a lot easier as various reports have a automated which were graph based.
What do you dislike about the product?
No direct support for linux os and most of enterprise applications are deployed under secured linux environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved wide variety of problem like
- Sending acknowledge mail to customer for each incident created.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the integrated IDE which looks pretty traditional and productivity-oriented and not like cluttered flowchart which would cover the whole wall if printed out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many straight-forward command are still missing (e.g. it‘s only possible to save an already existing Excel workbook, not to create a new one from sratch or save one that was opened by a thirf-party application like SAP). Also, the run script-command only supports JavaScript and the deprecated VB Script. It should also support modern languages like C# and Powershell.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Excel, Outlook, SAP, Web. SAP automation works, but Automation Anywhere urgently needs to make it simpler in order to keep up with the competition.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is doing a tremendous job by developing such unique software based bots that are assisting in end to end process to complete the desired work in stipulated time and giving us the chances of less errors and manual intervention.It is really helpfull in reading unstructured data and various project are on the verge of completion before the dead line.
What do you dislike about the product?
First from cost point of view its hard to opt this technological software by every industry. We are thinking to generate revenue and focusing on getting such tools. However they are currently not cost effective. Secondly the methodology is quite complicated. It needs to be economically reduced so that maximum organisation and working professionals can use this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personally I am working in an IT firm and based on Salesforce. Automation Anywhere technologies contributing in making Salesforce more advance so read and sort out complicated calculation. It reduce stress of work and most the calculations and data sort out can be done now with zero errors.

It is one of the best advancement. I strongly recommend it to use and go through.

The point of view of consumer especially advertising for more sales and usage to all classes of society.It creates unemployment to people and reduce in human collaborations.

Automation Anywhere is a great tool for automating repetitive tasks and make your life and work easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, I don't see anything bad with the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving time problems, specially automating tasks like reports and other repetitive tasks, using Automation Anywhere I can focus on more complex tasks and leave the easy ones to automation.

I would say that you should definitely give it a try, it's a pretty simple but powerful tool that will allow you to save a lot of time doing your day to day work.

The courses are taught from the basics which makes it easy to understand. RPA is very much useful

User interface in website can be made more user friendly.

We are solving the issue of online chatbot through which students can get information regarding admissions

We don't have in depth content for each and every activity in AA University unlike UiPath

Optimized our testing process using AA. There's an effort saving of 7 days and human intervention is less

Its a Superb Platform for RPA.Its so amazing and friendly user tool.its is very easy to learn.its user friendly that any body can learn about this tool and can perform any Task.
Because of its inbuilt features Automation anywhere is different from other RPA tools.We can validate all PDF documents with high accuracy in very less time ,Which also makes this tools different from other RPA tools.Its help to minimize the human involvement and increase the productivity.Its very accurate and cost effective tool.

I am sorry but till now i did not find any negative features about this wonderful Tool. i am completely satisfied ,its accurate and work efficient.

To create basic chat bots. As i have mention before best tool ever.

What do you like best about the product?
The Automation Anywhere software is extremely easy to use and the support is second to none.Any time I have come across a problem that I cannot solve, there is a wiki of community answers to assist and if that doesn't cover it, we can request a chat to an expert to guide through the issue seamlessly. Also the Automation Anywhere university is a great resource for upskilling.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the functions cannot be used in non attended mode. This isn't a big issue however.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rule based processes that required a lot of resources have now been automated with a reduction in time taken, a wider scope of work completed and less errors.

The most I like is their Training part which is very interactive and completely hands-on.

When ever I face issues Regarding their events organised, I have tried to contact them and never got reply from their team.

Using this tool I solve problems which are highly time consuming and the problems which requires high accuracy levels in the organisation.
