What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use of the features it offers and intergations in the form of packages for almost all of the necessary applications
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires steep learning curve after a certian experience inorder to master the software and various features and fucntionalities due to the less documentation on advanced parts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we mostly work on document processing and report creations, Using AA automating the entire process is possible and inturn benifits in doing it erroneous

It can be difficult to automate operations with Automation Anywhere, particularly when there are several systems and applications involved. Because of its complexity, it may take longer to implement and calls for more experienced developers.

Earlier it was very difficult to extract contents from invoces such as invoice number, date, vendor information, line items, and total amount.

The best thing about automation anywhere is - AA is the best tool for automating the business process and repetetive task by making software bot which can be attended and unattended.
Automation anywhere is easy to use and easily implemented on various platform where user can run the bot manually or bot can be scheduled at approriate time which save time and cost saving.
By automation anywhere we can do many of things and also scripting can also we integrated to the bot which help in Microsoft excel and data extraction from various source.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Extract field from pdf feature doesn't work great, else i am usimg automation anywhere from past 10 months i didn't find any dislike or disadvantage about this product.
I will suggest everyone to use this tool and this is best automation tool i have ever used.

As of now, Automation anywhere is solving most of the problems and benefiting all the developers around. But one problem which saving by this product as "Conversion of PDF file to text in a structured manner". No. of pdf files can be converted to text within few seconds. And making the life of developer easy from extracting the data from text file without any errors.

It can be troublesome at times due to some tech limitations but with the innovations and industry shift to automation we all will overcome these limitations
