What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is the best tool for automating the manual process we can do automate both web and windows application best part of the Automation anywhere is object cloning and we can create IQ, Meta bots and we can schedule the bots using the control room
What do you dislike about the product?
Citrix automation is little difficult in Automation Anywhere other than this it is the best tool for automation

Automation Anywhere tool helped me Automating my manual process because of which I saved a lot of time and it is very user-friendly

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use tool with quite powerful features for RPA automation, besides also the the Image recognition and text extraction features from scanned documents.
Also that is a tool that is not so complex to use and learn and requires not a lot of development skills.

What do you dislike about the product?
Heavy environment to deploy, high price licenses. Previously there were some challenges using it inside Citrix environments but now this problem as been resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of Business Processes to limit reduce manual efforts and enhance quality.

What do you like best about the product?
First as a core techie guy , I would say it is a best configured & engineered RPA tool. Product supports large enterprise's requirement of RPA on organisation level on the criterion of HA,DR & performance to meet the SLA . That will make it more preferred platform for service provider like Sis. For developer it is very user friendly & even business community can automate their own process with quite ease.

OCR features & Work flow tool can be improved. Intelligent Load balancing

Developed solution & POC for complex business cases across health & retail domain using AI tools.

What do you like best about the product?
We use it for repetitive tasks when data mining, the data we collect is very important to the success of our business and we had a team of 16 staff for data mining and management that has now come down to a team of 3 thanks to the success of using Automation Anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
When thinking about dislikes honestly nothing comes to mind, using Automation Anywhere over the years I have to say they have surprised me with the additions and improvements they have made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it mainly for automation repetitive day to day tasks and data mining, we have over the years had huge increase in overall company growth and revue due to using AA. We can now allocate our huge budget that was widely used in staffing the data management team can now been used in weaker areas of the business to help the business grow into the future and that’s all thanks to the AA team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The investment made in Automation Anywhere was very small when looking into the analytics behind the investment, within the first year we have made a return in 10 folds and if you’re considering using this in your business don’t be hesitant as it’s a great bit of kit that will really catapult your business into another future, I always have and always still do recommend this to anyone, no matter what the reason, if you feel you’re doing something that’s a little robotic and monotonous I can guarantee AA is the software you’ll need, this software is very user friendly with huge support so don’t be held back there.

Its a User Friendly tool . With the help of BOTS we are able to automate the manual work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Process design flow should be simple than the present feature.
Nothing much but requirements keep adding with complexity, so automation becomes complex for now. That should be one more area of improvement soon.

We were able to automate the manual job which we do today and we were able to focus on new stuff.

The ability to automate easily is a necessity for todays business process. Automation Anywhere helps in automating multiple processes easily to increase the productivity of our teams by creating efficient bots. All the repetitive tasks can be automated easily. This also cuts out the errors from these tasks by reducing manual intervention. This allows our teams to concentrate on clients needs better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Migration across RPA tools is not well established. This area can be further improved to make it easier to migrate from another RPA tool to Automation Anywhere. This will help in utilizing pre-existing bots developed using other RPA tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere helps us in creating bots to do repetitive tasks in security management. We want to further explore this tool for automating our business processes related to payroll testing.

One thing that I dislike is that users cannot copy and paste the Metabots

I like that they've thought of everything. The software includes shortcuts for everything and essentially updates on it's own.

The variables can be somewhat difficult to understand if you're not already familiar with coding.

What do you like best about the product?
The Automation anywhere RPA platform is a product to increase the productivity of automation in today time. It is also a very amazing user-friendly tool and provides a great control room to monitor the bot performance and analyze the bot's data with high accuracy. It provides a PDF Integration tool which is very helpful automate the data extraction from pdf in very less time. It also provides meta bot feature which is very helpful for reusabilty of bots for by which we can easily automate any application.
What do you dislike about the product?
In automation anywhere we should have more capacity to run any external scripts like PHP, Python, Javascript, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
currently, I and my friends were using automation anywhere to automates my day to day repetitive work on my computer. example and login to my college websites.
