What do you like best about the product?
The fact that we don't need coding experience to work on the tool is something that intrigued me. I have already implemented 3 bots in my process already and that too with no prior coding experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The course is a bit too long. Maybe concise it. The tool seems all good. I haven't used it a lot to figure out any issues so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have already started using it to automate manual tasks that involve mainframe application and the time tracker we fill out at the end of the day has all been automated.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it. Its a pretty great tool. And the fact that you don't need prior coding experience is what I loved it for.

Very powerful tool. Makes fun to learn.

IQBot to digitalize documents. So it is very easy to work trough a lot of documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
No variables. If you have a variable and use it 5 times and you want to Change the variable Name, you have to Change all Five variables.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use AA for boring Tasks in webformulars.

Watch the Academy videos in the automation anywhere training studio. it make fun und you learn a lot.

Costing and as far as I am concerned there are no such dislikes in this Automation anywhere tool

Automation Anywhere's interface is very much user-friendly the other RPA Softwares which are there in the race and as the name (Automation anywhere), you can do automation from anywhere just you need is your system.

There are some loopholes which I encountered while using the application which I want to discuss with your developing team or with your developer.

I have done solve number Automation which are previously been done manually and it's very useful in saving time and also help in eliminating the eight waste of lean (i.e. Un-utilized talent).

Automation is a revolutionize software, which helps will improve your productivity, eliminate the waste and it's very much user-friendly due to which anyone can do anywhere .. just you need is connectivity and a system/laptop.

What do you like best about the product?
AA is very easy and useful tool to develop the code for automation . Beauty of the tool is the minimum requirement of coding knowledge. Even a non IT guy who needs to shift to IT can learn the tool in less time to get a prefect IT job. Helped in automating many day to day heavy tiresome tasks of HR. Email Automation is ever best automation in Automation anywhere. Meta Bot one of the best thing in AA where citrix Environment can be handled well. Even where object cloning fails in some SAP apps it works well. Another useful one is the BOT store every easy to access and get the bots that will reduce our time of coding for representative tasks. Best thing i experience while automation for HR sector is PDF reader using IQ bots. "Which made impossible to Possible".
What do you dislike about the product?
The usage of Plugins for other browsers limits its usage. Some times the Chrome browser plugin is unable to be fixed.Many of the websites uses the features not are not present in IE. I m waiting for 2019 edition of AA which is browser independent. HOPE this works well.

Easy to use at low cost or free of cost. Easy to train people on it. Minimum 2 days is enough to get the basic knowledge of the software to work with it.

RPA is quite good in all things but it is not supporting for Salesforce lightning for picklist values when using object cloning. Please help to fix on salesforce application.
