Easy to learn fast and effective
What do you like best about the product?
I like the most best thing in automation anywhere is while creating the boys using drag and drop commands easily and also different commands for different applications..one of the powerful IQ cognitive bot to to work like a intellegent..workqueues to work parallel with the same task with different bots.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to increase more security features..right now have one feature credential valet but that enough to beat other rpa tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Extracting data from excel sheet..once we create bot in metabot then we can use that data repeatedly without create another bot by another developer...

What I dislike the most in AA is its pricing. It is higher compared to other RPA tools.

I am solving finance processes such as AP, AR, and GL.
With AA, most employees focused more on the analytical side and customer experience since the manual and repetitive tasks are eliminated.

I work in a Engineering college currently we are just training students on basics of this not solving any big problems.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere has a very simple and intuitive UI, using a drag and drop method way of automating a process. Besides that, it also comes with an AA university which guides you through the whole robotic automation process from start to end.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I started learning how to use Automation Anywhere, I had to go through the course which teaches us first the basics of automation and then the software usage. Probably, if a few more case studies/examples were added to the course it would have been more helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Daily repetitive tasks, those that require plenty of manpower or time to achieve. These manpower could be moved on to perform more value adding tasks.

There are many positive points in automation anywhere I found till now, starting from its control room, OCR capabilities to other inbuld functionalities to automate any day to day used application in any organisation, I like the concept of IQbots which other tools is market still missing

Automation anywhere is more developer centric tool, we can make it more business centric tool so any non teachical person can easily adopt & learn it

We did multiple POCs of most complex & compliance related process in financial sector & AA bots were able to perform them

The ability to code . Simply put it allows flexibility to developers coming from different backgrounds to easily pick up Automation anywhere. No longer is someone forced to learn a specic language and get pigeonholed to pursue the dream of automation

The user friendliness could definitely be improved a bit to make non technical users feel more comfortable with the entire studio and the tool overall

Have automated various processes which involved reparative work in excel and data entry . It's solutions for pdf have really helped in making a lot of processes more efficient and reliable

If your workforce has more coding oriented background , then this is the right tool for you. However if your workforce is mainly non technical, they might find it a bit diffcult to use this tool as a major portion of this tool requires the user to know some aspect of coding

What do you like best about the product?
The best about AA is the IQ Bot with this I was able to solve the very main invoice reading problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bot Analytics can be enhanced more to extend the features same as any other data analytics tools. This will help us to avoid using other data analytics tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems of day to day life any organisation faces such has invoice reading, uploading documents, sending reminder emails and follow-ups. Coming form a developer back ground, I feel this tool has a lot of inbuild functionalities that we can just drag and drop. No need to write huge code.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The tool is very easy to use and you can solve many problem that are iteratiove and can just automate those. Not only I have build bot for solving very big problems but also basic problems such as sending gentle reminder emails. Why to do it by ourselves when there is a bot which can do it.
