Automation Anywhere Enterprise v11 has many bugs
What do you like best about the product?
The way to create automations using it is very fluid. All the simple things are very easy with the drag and drop methodology.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a series of errors and limitations. Commands that sometimes work and sometimes don't, in addition to the difficult use of the password vault.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are several repetitive processes that are done by people. These people could be doing other things that require more analysis and add greater value to the customer. The Automation Anywhere tool helps precisely by making these processes be executed automatically, giving people the possibility to use the time that was used for these tasks in other activities.

The process automation and schedular and also the data scrapping process. It is very user friendly. Also automation journey is easier in comparison to the others

Lack of AI integration. If ai integration happens it ll be one of the best tool to implement and also time saving. Another o365 tool integration ll make the journey comfortable

Excellent practical and intuitive RPA tool for automation
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very supportive RPA with excellent value for money, and it benefits us a lot in different aspects due to repetitive and long-lasting tasks. In addition, the development is under code.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only advantages, without disadvantages. I hope I don't have any problems in the future.

Process automation reduces the time to process documents; this technology also analyses, and we spend time on other manual things.

I like how easy it is to understand, and its good visualisation to ease development and create automation is excellent. I also like that it doesn't take as long to develop bots.

It is a great solution that currently meets the requirements.

The development of automation and streamlining processes allows us to have time for other activities that require human interaction.
Good process automation to improve workflow
What do you like best about the product?
I like that most of the processes can be automated and that the development process is much easier and can correct human errors. AA offers excellent tools and ease of use.

We have been using it for a long time, and it has not brought any problems.

With AA, we can solve many problems in teams of process automation, saving time and improving in different areas with process mining or data extraction, and everything is much better than before.

This platform is higly effective and efficient in improving operational efficiency. It is very usefulin order to automate business tasks.

Nothing so far. It works well enough for me.

I found AA best among other tools available in the Market.

It's just not like a tool, it's an environment where you can automate almost any process.

What do you dislike about the product?
if it becomes available in Desktop mode again like V11, that would be great.
because while you are making a code and your Internet got disconnected or if the Site cookies expire, your code can be disappeared, and I like some of the functionality from A360 and some of the V11.
Can we combine them and migrate them into the A360 cloud with an auto-saving feature?

1. first of all it's an AI which is eliminating human errors.
2. it can work 24*7*365 which is great.

In my project RPA been used to reduce the manual intervention in placing the file manually by the user

Again it doesn't eliminate the complete manual work instead the other kind of support is required for this setup
