Automation Anywhere would definitely change your life from typing lines and lines of coding instead drang and drop option makes it more interesting. Needless to mention it's time saving benifit by resuable component metabot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Copy option in variable manager.. either we can copy single variable nor copy all variables. This is painful because if we need just to copy10 variables from a bot which contains 25 variables to another bot, we need to copy and paste 10 variables one by one which is time consuming ( not suitable for automation) another way is copy call and paste.. where I have to sit and delete unwanted 15 variables in that bot.. please consider this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to automate payroll processing.( Which is huge involving, SAP, Excel DB ect).

Repetitive work. Free our staff, allows time to do manage other work activities

Bot store is particularly useful with many metabots available for downloads. AA University is another great resource to get started. The tool as a whole is easy to learn and implement.

Some features are not very obvious in the tool. Getting help in such cases is difficult. Documentation for certain functions in automation anywhere does not cover all questions that users run in to.

The tool is fairly simple with respect to usage for development. Instead of having to start writing macros, etc. Bot store should be one of the first resources. Automation Anywhere has numerous course that can help in getting started with additional and new features of automation anywhere. An important thing however is that many processes may not have to be automated and simple need some optimization to improve the value of business. Automation Anywhere is a powerful tool and should be used wisely. It is also a good idea to use many error handling procedures in order to make unattended automation work better. If AA has to be used with some other products or software, there is a scripting option that uses APIs which can be extremely powerful. Metabots should be created when needed and should be used at a larger scale. It is important for them to be capable of being standardized.

UI feels like big old ..but it’s okay to go ahead with current UI . it won’t be that affective .

Based on my experience till date, there are some queries for which we have to contact the AA team but their response is really slow which impacts the delivery

A smart, user friendly and AI first RPA tool
What do you like best about the product?
Scalability and IQBot are the 2 features thats sets Automation Anywhere apart from other vendors. The user-friendly interface of Bot Insights to check my bot performance and the self-learning ability of IQBot has made me switch my traditional workloads to RPA based workloads.

No major dislikes from Automation Anywhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a Machine learning enthusiast my major work time was consumed in data gathering prior to Automation Anywhere, but now with few simple clicks my bot gives me the web scraped data. Invoice processing to get more realistic data has helped me in training a much more efficient machine learning model. I have recommended and promoted Automation Anywhere RPA to my HR team to shoot automated emails.

If your organisation is look for a robust and an AI first RPA tool then Automation Anywhere should be your first choice to consider.

The interface is really easy to manage, expending a few hours in the tool is enough to make some automations.

Nothing, but maybe some things to improve, like video tutorials inside the applications or tips.
