What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere provides a user friendly and intuitive process throughout the experience.

Nothing yet!, it has been a positive experience so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am now able to introduce the software and provide education to a wider audience who necessarily wouldn’t have had the chance before.
An easy way to begin to automate
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is easy and straightforward. You can easily start to automate anything, in little time. There are lotts of tools inside the program, that help the coding, like the object clonning, ftp, rest, database. With a bunch of tools at your disposal, you can turn anything in a autonomous task, without any human interaction. The control room API is really nice, you can use it with another tools, and deploy the task that you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
The control room is not satisfactory. It fails frequently at deploy, and until the update to the newest version, it was barelly usable at all. Object clonning, is sometimes really slow and fails to capture the real thing that you're aiming for, causing lots of failures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solve lots of autonomous proccesses. You can create a flow from end to end, without any human interaction, changing the way industry is.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
First, try to take some courses at Automation Anywhere University. They have lots of free classes, that wil help to get the hang of Automation Anywhere. You will learn the basics. Then, try to automate some process that you are familiar with. By doing so, you have the knowledge about the process, that will help a lot in the automation anywhere. A good thing too, is trying to use a orchestrator, so the process will have and end to end flow.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere comes with so many features for the user to bring efficiency and effectiveness in the process optimization. The Bot creator is so easy to create bots for the rapid automation of tasks 24x7x365. The best part is the API integration with the other tools and applications that help to manage, control, and use the technological environment in a full stack of operations.
The control room feature security and confidentiality options for user management and information protection make it one of the best RPA solution.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific to match here as dislike for the product but I will prefer to see better real-time integration of RPA along with the other standard tools, applications, and databases.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to just jump in and start developing. The interface is intuitive for beginners, and easy to learn through some simple experimentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the complex, coding-related features that I would expect to see are not there. I understand the want for RPA tools to be more accessible to the general public and not just software developers, but I think the need for advanced development tools is unprecedented - especially for enterprise level automation projects. I would love to see the UI allow for indenting and smart-typing similar to that of an IDE for software dev. Also, many other RPA vendors allow the direct integration of C# and other programming languages into their bots through the UI, rather than having to use DLLS built outside of the application. These points, among other advanced tools, would make it much easier to develop complex process logic and create neat, readable ‘code’.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using AA to support software testing teams in UAT regression testing. Full test case automation, data setup, and some other small tasks have created huge efficiencies on our testing team. The biggest benefit we see is the ability to have our team complete more testing, while alleviating the pressure of high testing requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is a very useful tool, especially for Business Users as it enables them to automate any operational process, making any tedious process efficient and error-free. Automation Anywhere offers a large number of automation opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The User Interface for Automation anywhere could be improved. Also, it does not provide support for all types of scripts which causes a problem at times. Additionally, the bot is not entirely error-free and fails many times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using automation anywhere to automate a lot of operational processes. It has reduced a lot of manual overhead and increased the bandwidth of other resources.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Automation anywhere is one of the best automation tools out there. Business users can use this tool directly and does not require a lot of experience with software development.

What do you like best about the product?
By being able to automate simple tasks, we have drastically cut down on the amount of time we spend on these tasks to devote more time to more complex and pressing issues. The Automation Anywhere University is also a great learning tool when you are figuring out how to best use AA in your organization, and the best part is that anyone can sign up and begin learning on their own time as opposed to having individual or group trainings where people may learn at different paces.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve can be a little steep, but as long as you put in the time and effort you'll get the hang of it in no time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Daily tasks that used to require hours to manually complete can now be cut down to ~5 minutes of actual work time spent on them. This allows for more time processing more complex cases and reduces our overall turnaround time drastically. It also allows what used to be multiple people's work to be combined and automated all at once which is a huge benefit too since it only takes one person to do the work of many.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It may take a little while to fully recognize the benefits of Automation Anywhere, but with a little time and effort it will really pay off. Also spreading the word about Automation Anywhere within your organization may turn up individuals interested in helping to implement the program.

What do you like best about the product?
automation is simpler and easier, less complicated when working with different environments in an workflow/scripting type framework. Tutorials, documentation are user friendly. Great customer support. Drag & Drop commands are easy to implement. Collaboration is useful to migrate the target application process. It also goes well with agile and waterfall methodologies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice to have a datatype to store the HTML tables and array filters. At times, date and time calculations become challenging to implement for various use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems range from a variety of automation of tonne of manual data entry tasks to behavioral testing, regression testing tasks. Thousands of man-hours from repeated tasks have been saved because of this automation capabilities. Data entry errors have been avoided and precise reporting and actions are possible to be taken in case of decision branching in the workflows etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Was easily able to manipulate the provided Automation tools to help design Agile approaches to automating build and testing of healthcare EMR software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training videos were not very useful, and more often than not did not provide a robust enough background to do some of the more advanced things we needed to. We had to self learn these things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to save countless hours of build required for software build (point and click in excel). Has saved much $ in terms of overhead and hours allocation.

What do you like best about the product?
I strongly recommend automation anywhere, the tool is very simple and self descriptive. Automation has several free courses that are very complete and didactic. What I like most is the simplicity and dynamism of the tool, allowing me to create excellent bots simply and dynamically. The IQ Bot is fantastic.
With IQ Bot you can map the fields of an invoice very simply. After IQ Bot has been trained and submented the invoice .pdf file, it returns a .csv file with all the .pdf fields ready to use for various needs.

Lack of more advanced courses exploring more advanced features.

Automated the collection of invoices in SAP, allowed an extreme gain of time.
