What do you like best about the product?
It is very simple for almost anyone to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesnt support all programs/applications such as Google Sheets, PowerPoint, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reducing manual effort to complete repetitive tasks.

I enjoyed working with the product hands on rather than through presentations

Limited functionality during the training did not allow me to full build out my use case and understand how AA can work for me

Intellectual Experience - could be helpful if you understand what your're doing

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the functionality of the bot - 572 functions which gives you a good chance to be able to automate your process and it is relatively accessible for people who don't have strong coding or programming backgrounds. It makes automation feel accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the basic functions that you think you should be able to access, you don't have. IE: date comparisons are only available in the megabot version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am doing some simple table scraping from the internet. It will eventually save me some time but the built was more complicated than I expected. Some of it requires understanding on how to get around certain limitations but the staff was incredibly helpful so I would recommend this product more if you have their staff help with the initial build.

What do you like best about the product?
The possibility of automating tedious tasks is intriguing & the bot's ability to scrape data from simple situations/websites is impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its difficult to learn the use the app & the performance of the bots is frustratingly inconsistent, which defeats the purpose.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not yet solved anything successfully or realized significant benefits

What do you like best about the product?
I like the hands on approach. Being able to work with instructors to help you throughout the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love it to be more days! The time just flew by. Would be nice to have sessions that are at least a week long. Maybe make it more like a training or certification program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manual routine tasks that happen in Compliance testing. We will have a time savings of at least 1-2 days per test and the ability for our testers to dig deeper into testing with more allotted time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have manual processes in your daily role consider what Automation Anywhere can do to give your department a lift.

Most things it offers has been automated by my team on the backend

What do you like best about the product?
Best: the ability to automate rote tasks and schedule data extractions for performance during off hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
Least: the application is pretty complex. I'm sure this would be overcome with a more intensive or longer training program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't put it into production yet; I anticipate that we'll use it for report generation.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to learn. We use a good amount of legacy programs that we could automate pulling data from.
What do you dislike about the product?
More value manipulation inside of Automation Anywhere. I had to pull data into excel, which made it a glorified macro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to pull data from legacy systems

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that we have the hands on experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that we don't understand all of the commands before we start building our bot so it was very inefficient. Every small steps require us to get help from the onsite trainers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving for a manual process and if this is replaced by the bot it will save us more than 50 hours per month.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think the best advice is to help users to understand all the nuances about the commands that are available to them before they start creating the bot.
