Automation Anywhere amazing automation tool for developer..!
What do you like best about the product?
After using 2.5 years of automation anywhere i can say its a best RPA automation tool compare to others tool.in automation anywhere we drag and drop the activity and perform the various operation to develop our BOT.using Automation anywhere we can easily automate task like excel web,and pdf operations. using this tool so easy for non programming background people also.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using automation anywhere i feel inbuilt framework is required to introduced because its give more flexibility to user.and reading excel as a column we can not store as a datatable so it should required to enhance in next version released.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am automating so many repetitive task using this tool like excel sheet work and extracting data from PDF and store in excel sheet,and web automation using this tool . in my organization i am automating Hr and finance so many repetitive task.

This is best RPA tool to use for automating application,and my recommendation to developer to use this tool because so many feature is available and easy to use for non programming people also.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is the best RPA tool.i can automate all my scripts and I can schedule the scripts, I can save my time and it is the most efficient tool.it improves the quality and I can automate all repetitive work.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, nothing much. some times difficult to identify the scanned pdf documents, apart from this tool is absolutely fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it brings the speed to our digital transformation and I am automating all my manual work with the automation anywhere tool. I can schedule and run my jobs and it saving lots of time

What do you like best about the product?
AA Client is very easy to understand the code and easy to develop the process. AA Reference materials are very useful to develop the process and deploy the AA Project packages. AA Metabot is help to create the re-usability components for across all the process. Bulk Extraction is very cooperative to target application through array values. We can able to store the sensitive data in credentials manager. Secure recording also available for storing the credit card details of customer details. Attended and Unattended BOTs are very needful for business peoples. Work Queue concept has been fulfill the client requirement. My clients does not need the DBA team for maintenance for database and all. So now, clients are very happy with the inbuilt database queue concept. AA Dashboard is helps to showcase the bot performance to my client reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to add the data table datatype for developers. We are unable to filter in between array values. We can unable to write the excel from array values at a single shot. We are unable to read the notepad file data by a single shot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized that AA have the best solution design for all the process. Standand PDF Extraction is the most complex automation for organization. But IQ Bot has done the extraction data from the system generate PDF File. Checkbox extraction is major complex for RPA Development.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere tool is a very user-friendly tool best part of the Automation Anywhere is object cloning it is a heart of the Automation Anywhere tool and it is very useful for web and desktop automation we can create IQ bots and Metabots and we can control all the activities from the control room, images recognition activity is very good email automation is easy to use compared to other tools
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere is the best tool for automating our manual process but we don't have Citrix recorder in automation anywhere tool other than this overall it is a good tool to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Automation anywhere tool to automate our daily repetitive manual processes so we are saving a lot of time and it helped us improve the quality and it avoids the human errors

What do you like best about the product?
AA Product is very easy to learn the coding and easy to develop the codes. we don't required any programming languages experiences. Freshers can also develop the AA Codes. AA Support reference material is help to develop and deploy the BOTs in Production. we can develop and Testing on the same AA Control room. it use the reduce the cost. We are created the reusable components for all the common activities. Workflow is help to showcase the project design of my project. Word and PDF document extraction can use the IQ Bot for cognitive logic. it helps to extract the document and returns the csv format. AA Dashboard is very helpful to analysis the bot performances. AA Credentials vault is very helpful to store the sensitive data. Control room scheduling is flexible and adaptable foe my client requirements.Attended and unattended BOTs are very helpful to my clients. sending notifications are very useful to support peoples while task completed or unsuccessfully. API is very useful to find the BOT running status from AA CR.
What do you dislike about the product?
need to improve the workflow and use the different datatypes like Datatable. Otherwise no deprived comments for AA Client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized that AA have the best solution design for creating the reusable components and storing in the cloud computing for all in the organization. We are used the title based design architecture.

Easy to integrate with python. The AI can be used to develop bot. It is developer friendly. Easy to develop and deploy robot.

Community version is very slow. It can be more user friendly. Need to search for activities.Framework template is not given.

We are developing bot to do to mimic manual work. It helps to reduce overhead and improve the output. It can be deployed into client environment easily.

Automation Anywhere is a robust automation tool in the market. Metabots are very useful assets for Automation Anywhere which are reusable code segments. IQ bot is a big plus which is very handy for extracting details from Purchase Order and Invoices. Overall Automation anywhere outshines other automation tools in the market. Easy to develop and automate if we have good programming experience.

What do you dislike about the product?
It does not provide graphical or visual representation of the automation script. Sometimes its bit tough to understand the script written by someone else and even its not easy to understand for a business user perspective as well. Work queues came bit late in the tool as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I worked on various process i.e. Order entry, Invoice Processing. IQ bot is used in both kind of projects and we were able to deliver the solution to the clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere product is very easy to develop the process. It is user friendly for RPA Developers. we can work with agilie methodology in Automation Anywhere. AA is flexible to work with waterfall and agilie methodology. AA Version control is so amazing. we can easy to identify the version history. AA Reference books are very useful to develop and deploy the BOTS. AA Support team members are very smart and resolved the issue as quicker. AA IQ Bot 5.1 version is very helpful to extract the Word and PDF Document for client input forms. Meta bot and task bot is very useful to automate the process. AA Credential manager, we can use to store the sensitive data for client requirement. Attended and Unattended BOTS is very helpful for client's requirement. Executing the Python script concept is very exciting to working on the automation. Finally, I have developed and deployed the 7 process to my organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything is good for me. If they will provide the more datatype then its very useful for us to develop the large complex automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized that we are unable to identify the web grid records using metabot. So after that we have to change the IE version as 11 and capture the screen. after that we can able to identify the selector on the metabot

Time consuming
What do you like best about the product?
Automating repetitive processes which are doing on daily basis which helps in time consuming.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the process are not able do it which has formula based or scrolling or pivot table.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the repetitive processes also it takes lesser time as compare to normal time. Accuracy is the more benefits over here.
A very intuitive way to automate processes.

The interface is very good, also being able to automate by just using commands is very easy, anyone could use this application without having much development knowledge, so far I'm having a very good time with Automation Anywhere, I would recommend this to any other company,
the way this application manages spreadsheets is really good and having the ability to create meta bots that push these functionalities even further is amazing.
Overall, an excellent application if you are looking to get into RPA, 9/10 would recommend.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have more PDF functionalities such as filling adobe acrobat forms and others, also the support staff is not that good but this is compensated of the apeople community which is an excellent community that might help with any question that you have regarding AA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm currently working on a company that uses Automation Anywhere to automate repetitive processes and so far we are loving it, the amount of time that we are saving is very helpful and we've had an impressive ROI so far.

I would recommend this application to any company that wants to automate repetitive processes with excel and IE forms, or email automation, this application is very easy to use and with a good Business Analyst it could boost the efficiency of the company by a lot.
