Got Great experience with Automation Anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
Any process we can do as straight forward manner using automation anywhere without any complexity. This tool provides efficiency, flexibility. Ease of Use. Any non-technical person also can start his or her career with this tool.
I like simplicity behind configuration of commands.
There will be many benefits by using this tool. Following are those:-
1) Cut costs: If you thought you could reduce expenses by implementing traditional RPA, just wait until you deploy cognitive automation. You’re in effect supercharging your automation initiatives. Businesses are achieving ROIs of up to 300% in just months, according to McKinsey.

In Automation Anywhere, we need to have more options to run external scripts like Python,etc

I am using this tool for automating my task,its give a more option to automate task.in automation anywhere extracting data from pdf is so easy and maintaing in excel ,and its easy for non programming Background people also is easy to use.

reading column name is by index is difficulties because some time column name index will change in that time it will be failed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using this tool i am Automating HR and finance process, and after automating i am saving almost 70% time.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere product is very easy to use and develop the process. Automation anywhere development reference books are very useful to architect the process. My Company has conducts more session with AA Support team. Good Service support from AA Team. Attended BOT and Unattended BOT logics are very amazing and it reduces human efforts.
IQ Bot has been extracting the PDF and Word document. It would be better option to use the IQ to extract the information from input files. Credential vault is most flexible to store the sensitive data. Secure recording is very useful to store the client credit card details.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, ODBC Connections are failed to connecting the excel files. PDF Radio button extraction is very complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have realized that AA have the best solution architect. because my target application dynamic ID has been changing while executing. We have going with the DOMX Path logics to automate the process.

Automation Anywhere tool is best in terms of Learning as it is providing drag and drop functionalities.
Control room is having access as role based so only who have previlages to the bots can see and edit so no other person involvment is present.

What do you dislike about the product?
Automation anywhere University Providing AA Labs in the course where it is providing virtual environment automatically for 7 days. in the Labs one of the practice is with Excel activities but excel applicaiton is not installed in that virtual environment due to that I was unable to complete that excel practice. so better before providing virtual desktop please check the required softwares are installed or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Web Automation using web recorder. Email Automation based on the mails triggers we need to proceed with further. Excel Activities where we need to merge one excel with another and also ran Macro scripts. Created metabots for login purpose as it is reusable bot where if any application changes we can change metabot with minimal changes.

This is the best leading RPA tool we can suggest to everyone to learn from Automation Anywhere University. we can easily learn as it will reduce human effort and no coding also required to implement with drag and drop functionalities.

Automation Anywhere has been a great help till date. It has helped me create robots and automate them in very less time. The flexibility that the tool has is very convinient.Great understanding of the tool and skillful knowledge on the logics and insights.The Automation Anywhere is very amazing and user friendly tool. Automation Anywhere is an excellent platform which creates Bots that performs all types of tasks that reduces manual efforts. It provides many inbuilt features to us.It's cheap, it works and it enables level of business led digital transformation that engages our team members at unprecedented levels. It's easy to understand, relatively easy to implement and enables rapid progress for problems previously seemingly too expensive to tackle or too risky to attempt.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few commands like Object Cloning and excel commands which do not work always.As it is best in RPA but the tool is yet not available in the cloud environment. I hope it will come soon in cloud environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have observed we can work on automating multiple tasks and methods , and in turn use them as re usuable bots for future purpose

There is also automation anywhere support team avaliable 24/7 if required. Any doubts and they will help.Just dive in and implement this, if you have smart talented who have operations and IT backgrounds you can make using this tool a success. It's more flexible than traditional IT solutions but not so easy you can't spend the money training your teams and supporting them. It really works and it shortcomings can be easily overcome with leadership buy in and investment.

I love the way technology is used to accomplish daily tasks, the programs that are constantly being developed are very useful in the current era

It seems to me that there should be more videos and induction platforms to some resources, it is still a technology that only some can use, but it should be easier to teach people who are doing an internship for example
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The digital workforce (and digital workers) combine artificial intelligence, machine learning and robotic process automation. And this platform in particular has been of great help and discovery, it could perfectly be at another level in a short period of time.
