What do you like best about the product?
The software seemed like it could be a benefit to cut down on repetitive work.

Had trouble getting into AA, but perhaps was an internal issue.

1. The way of writing the code without knowing the coding. :) to automate the most of the web and windows based applications.
2. As a fresher I have learnt code by just looking into the AA training videos within a month
3. Metabot is an just amazing part one but the error handling is not that accurate when we compared to the Taskbot

What do you dislike about the product?
Object Cloning not working in ERP applications, due to that the error in that area not able to capture properly. 100% automation is not working at that side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of the repeatable works are being automated, now employees who is working on recurring works can look into the challenging areas.

If you are looking into automation side mainly into the RPA, The Automation anywhere is the grate platform.
Awesome application for Automation
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is leading application tool in RPA world. What i like most about Automation anywhere It's ease of coding without knowledge of any advance programming language.It has awesome GUI | Drag & Drop functionality | 550+ commands | Web based Control Room (i like the most) | Metabot | IQ BOT | Work Items are few new addition in current version of AA 11.x.
I use both AA version 10.x and 11.x. There are lot more changes in new version like
i) Web based Control room with advanced features
ii) Use of others commands in Metabot (much improved. I appreciate AA team for this)
iii) Copy any task commands and Paste it in other task will automatically copy all used variables in that task. So, It's time saving.
iv) You can also build Easy to complex task in AA.
Overall, It's a great tool with lots of new features. :)

It's a good tool for RPA development but it's also has some issue with commands like
i) OCR - Not accurate all the time. Most of the time get fail.
ii) Image Recognition - There are some new option added in version 11.x but still you can't rely on that for better result.
iii) Object Cloning - Unexpected behavior sometime.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using Automation Anywhere Metabot,I have automated majorly SAP and Outlook(email) application.
The DLL support in Metabot help to use functionality of C# and VB programming. The processing of task is very fast and take less time to complete the transaction.

What do you like best about the product?
What i like with Automation Anywhere is its ability to deliver bot building capabilities and automation without suffering time consuming tasks, it can also be used in automated testing wherein you can do regression testing without worrying of costing too much money and time using actual human testers. It's recording functionality is also wonderful, being able to record tasks easy and seamless makes it like a child's play when manipulating objects in various websites. You can also trigger keyboard key strokes and mouse clicks which can help in imitating human actions. Object recorder is also great since it records actions according to its properties and not coordinates which helps a lot in reoccuring tests.
What do you dislike about the product?
Using this with small business isn't appropriate since it can should be used in automating large volumes of tasks, thus small business won't save much in subscribing with this, but on the other hand, larger companies can save a lot in terms of handling time and human work since repetitive tasks can now be allocated to bots. Dashboard is one point i dislike as well, this should be be more optimized and organized so users can easily find the actions they want to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems which requires doing tasks in a repetitive manner, manipulating different data which can be validated by a robot without the use of human thinking, cases which has a number of steps to follow in determining which is which is what we do with Automation Anywhere.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend everyone to try it out first before fully implementing this product, have your developers and testers run for a month to see if production rise and costing lowered in order to see if this product fits your company well.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is one of the best RPA tool that you can use in this day and age, object cloning is the best! You can easily and seamlessly spy different objects off websites and web pages in order to use them in automating.Running excel macros with AA is also a breeze, manipulating different objects in order to accomplish the target project. It is also user friendly bot building application with greatly improved security since you can use it encrypt and decrypt data without mush of a hassle.
It also executes codes in a speedy manner, not worrying about delays and such to hinder your from developing your own bot and accomplishing any job you want it to do.

Some parts i do dislike about using Automation Anywhere is the costing, it's subscriptions per computer using the bot may be costly for some small business. For some using dynamic workflows might also encounter some issues when using Automation Anywhere for workflows are fixed, thus you need to think about workaround in order to execute what you want.

Automating processes for our clients in the field of health and utilities are one of the key problems we are solving with Automation Anywhere, encrypting data and tools are also handy since we need to ensure maximum security when providing output with our clients. Automation Anywhere is one of the best pick in terms of RPA!

Automation Anywhere is one hell of a platform to build your bots and do automation of sorts, it is well built and user friendly, it takes you no more than a few months to fully master everything it has to offer, it is also secured so you don't have to worry about security issues that may arise.

What do you like best about the product?
Great Automation tool and Fantastic platform to explore Automation skills. It was great help for me to switch from manual work to Automation. AA is really an excellent tool which creates Bots that performs all types of tasks that reduces manual efforts and saves lots of time. And there are different level of bots (taskbot, IQBot, MetaBot) which you can use as per your requirement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Forum should be improved. There should be more solutions from experts. For beginners its bit difficult to find solutions sometimes. Tutorial (AA University) is a help but we don't always get exact solution from that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating BGV Manual process to initiate background verification process of a new joinee in a company.
As this a tedious and requires lot of manual effort, Automation Anywhere worked as a savior for us.
Easy to learn and apply logics, especially one who doesn't have much coding knowledge.
And added accuracy is one of the best advantage when you choose automation. Highly recommend AA.

Highly recommended. For beginners who are switching from Manual and trying to jump into automation, Automation Anywhere is the best tool. Tutorials are best. It will be great learning experience and added advantage to your profile.

I like that I can use this software to easily automate different aspects of my business, this makes the tasks that I leave for humans more meaningful.

I have to know exactly what I want done and approximately how I want it to be done, unlike a human that can thing they can help.

The problems that I am solving are efficiency problems where a human would regularly be exhausted.

For people who are considering the use of automation anywhere, they may be skeptical of the use of technology to implement and integrate it into their business. I would say the most important aspect is to take the chance and use technology to the benefit of the company. There are so many different ways that this can be integrated into the company and they will make the rest of the work that the company is doing seem more meaningful to the employees.
Automation Anywhere version 11.3 update
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the best feature of meta bot and task bot can be opened parallel side by side rather than opening in other window like we used to do in 10.7. I liked the control revamp of 11.3, its quite easy to use now, more information about bots are available in control room. I liked the way now you can put some description about your variables in metabot. The most loved feature is if you copy the command from one task to another the variables associated with the command will be automatically copied.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont like part where you cannot copy the commands between metabot and taskbots. The if condition used for variable should be more advanced so that we can make multiple operators options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The repetitive/boring task is being automated with the help of automation anywhere. The task which would take 2-3 hours to complete can be now completed on minutes.

I would advise automation anywhere to all my colleagues and friends as this is the best automating tool in he industry till date and has easy to use interface.
