What do you like best about the product?
This is one of the best RPA tool I have ever come across. As a developer with more than 3yrs of industry experience and after using many RPA tools, I confidently say that Automation Anywhere is the best. Especially the IQ bot which enabled us to extract fields from documents is very impressive. The platform is super robust and extremely capable of handling any kind of applications and automating the task in a most simpler way. I believe this is a boon for all those companies which want to automate their business application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere sometimes take a bit more time to load variables while using Run task command. Also Python integration should come with this platform which will add additional benefits to developers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have successfully automated Excel , Citrix , SAP and business applications. It has helped my clients ease their manual work and save their time my 70% and increasing their revenue by 85% . Infact clients personally say that they are really surprised by the way automation anywhere works and does their job intelligently. Yes it's intelligent indeed.

Easy to learn and easy to create Multi bot for common functions which can be used by other process.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have to write code even for converting date. Control room is not having many features as in Uipath.

What do you dislike about the product?
Like Tableau public, AA should also try giving a basic version for the public to use for basic purposes. At least for certified developers of that version, this makes developers to upgrade year on year and encourage to use and suggest advance features.
Setup service accounts in advance of creating a bot. Saves from having to tie accounts to specific user accounts. It will facilitate faster and more efficient bots.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere enables organizations to implement fast fixes to human processes where integration timelines were typically 6 months to a year. AA saves many man hours and the ability to do things that would otherwise not have been possible without programming support. Really love object cloning which is a backbone component of AA.

Bot Analytics is highly priced but rest all looks good.

What do you like best about the product?
Through this one can do automation easily and daily or weekly replica tasks to avoid time consumption and effective way to do it instead of manual process , Through RPA every human task and effort can be reduced and the technology is highly useful . We can automate any tool and will design an orchestrator like Jenkins for deployment purpose as well . The drag and drop feature and the editor available is great plus point for Automation Anywhere . Process automation is triggered automatically just by initiating the process controlled by human
What do you dislike about the product?
the content is not much straighter than expected , need to know lot of basics before getting into RPA process ,rest are fine to learn from this site. The video and audio doesn't match in few videos hence it is little bit disgusting and annoying to watch the videos , but worth a watch to understand technically
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
even for smaller things to understand the video clip time is more , which needs to load and then we need to watch it , little bit frustrating but then fine , clear cut understanding from the sessions and benefits of RPA process are great in this site . And one more thing the site always shows popup blocked even if I enable it in the search bar end .

We can strongly recommend to new bies like me , this is something new platform to learn new technology completely from the scratch , there are lot of courses to explore and to learn precisely from the same site , hence it is integration of all technologies

Automation anywhere is the most robust, accurate and easy tool that right now exist so far or the one that I've use between the most popular that has offered the best and easy ways to solve RPA problems, it is simple, user friendly and very intuitive.

in some way is limited vs the other rpa tools

problems related to manufacturing, finance and accounting and human resources, any posible procees that I've done it's a lot more simple to solve that other tools

Automation anywhere fits everywhere. It gives the flexibility to the for different commands and implementation across various different type of projects. IQ bot and AA v11 promises to bring out the whole new set of advantages.

Search for activities is slightly difficult as there is no search bar

What do you like best about the product?
User Friendly interface to Automate Business Processes. Even Have Launched Mobile Application which is a good interface for the business to monitor and keep and eye on the production running Bots. Additionally, with A2019, we can integrate python effectively which expand its use case.
What do you dislike about the product?
Always there are chances of enhancements. Version Control is not effective in A2019 and also there is no support for IBM D2 Database connection as of now with A2019

in the program the ease with which you can program from a button to call a task or enter a metabot, in addition to all the tools are very intuitive with the integration of internet explorer download files take tables is very simple, anyone with knowledge Basics can develop since the tool allows easy understanding, connect with databases run querys in a very fast way integrate with 100% recommended documents.

at the time of developing the program, it runs very well, however, when some time elapses, the configurations of object cloning can be lost, making errors in the execution and therefore the closing of the software, it also limits a bit at the time of program with pages that do not have compatibility with internet explorer and execution times when queries in excel documents are very heavy

or download files access pages or run querys in databases, we can perform information queries from terminals program the start or shutdown of any operation and without the need to be present, update tasks and upload them to the repository a very complete tool

I recommend expanding more in the development part because if the tools are good, sometimes one becomes stuck with the software requirements that the AA tool can not support when there are large volumes of information or when the tests are very repetitive and in addition this long the program may be stuck or exhaust the computer's memory

Monotonous tasks within the client's architecture i.e. task re-execution, repetitive task automation, etc.

Consider other tools like Blue Prism as well, of course this is user friendly to start off but I believe BP has more developer centric features

Liked the AA Bot Store, with the help of that it's very simple to integrate bots with different tools and also even easy to achieve full automation on business process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some time it's took longer time to record with Web Recorder and Accuracy is less. It's not capturing all the data and artifacts properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefited with the Deploy the Bot for monitoring Application health check. It's check and send notification for every failure transaction.
