What do you like best about the product?
1. User friendly UI with multiple commands.
2. Easy to learn and use ,can integrate with DLL using .mbot.
3. Quick customer support with remote access.

1. Frequent version upgrade.
2. Password are un encrypted till v11.2.

An expensive and complicated tool
What do you like best about the product?
Promises ! We tried this software for a few months and it was supposed to automate all of our business and operationnal processes

It was way more too complicated to implement, we did not manage to do it properly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were expecting it to made our scale-up easier by automating all of our processes and repetitive tasks. It failed to meet our expectations

What do you like best about the product?
cyberark integration and role based access for the credential vault. Metabots makes automation easier by involving third party dlls. Giving a learning scope for macros and vba codes which is helpful to know different scripting languages.
What do you dislike about the product?
We cannot write any code in the AA tool itself. For example, while automating excel, or string operations. We have to use very less commands available in the tool which makes the developer feels other tools are better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've worked on SAP automation the most. I have realized there is a lot of benefit with DLLs and vbscript which makes the developer life easy.

What do you like best about the product?
To be honest Automation Anywhere is a fabulous RPA tool . This is user friendly and easy to use. I compared this tool with any other RPA tools like UIpath and blue prism and i felt AA is the winner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially AA was not supporting java but now I got update version of AA and that version is compatible with java. Now AA is a best version of RPA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Actually I did some projects like get data from ecommerce site by using cloning I created that script in 10 min and now I am categorize and collecting data together by using AA in less than 2 min.

It's sequential flow. Once can easily get to know by going through the task bot . IQ bot eases the handling of unstructured data. it's metabot feature which has less chances of failure .
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot build recursion logic if required to be implemented . That is calling A in A task say for example. Cannot copy selected variables from one bot another .

Processes involving Excel , sap , web in supply chain domain , finance domain , hr , analytics domain , health care domain

AA tool has a step by step process, so that we can easily debug and activities are the best to develop easily.
The best what I like most is DEPLOYMENT of bots to control room and running on bot runners. Visualisation of control room is good and one thing is control room is a web application , so that we can use it in any browser.

What do you dislike about the product?
What I most dislike in this tool is, it doesn't have search bar for activities. Every time we have to check from top to bottom to know where the particular activity is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly I am working on generating the invoice from excel data and sending it through mail. Previously it is very hard task to do that in manual every day. Now I made it easy and I will work more to reduce the repeated tasks,

Good and best tool to automate the tasks. Here in AA we dont have FORUM to discuss the things and problems, if you face any issue you to contact the AutomationAnywhere Support team, they can resolve but it takes some ttime.

The features of Automation anywhere. the command structure, way of capturing the controls in the applications, Readability of the code, License model.

Debugging - it will take so much time to find out the issue in lengthy bot.
Consistency, Sometimes no error will be reported for the failure cases.

Drag and Drop facilities. We can even call external DB, stored procedures and Scripts.

Queue management is not provided efffectively. And also attended automations features needs o be imprved.

What do you like best about the product?
It is one of the best software's to automate. Automation anywhere can be used by anyone who don't know coding.All the features of this software are really user friendly. Tasks in the work bench can be easily created and automated. it has the ability to run scheduled tasks any time using task scheduling. Very stable and secured automation compared to other automation tools. IQ bot in automation anywhere is the key feature which enables to convert files from one format to other format. Pdf integration to extract the texts are good.the interface for development is clean and well structured.Recording option in automation anywhere helps to capture the business requirements easily. Metabots helps to uses machine learning
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good if they have flow charts mechanism to built the tasks.troubleshooting should be more simplified.Hand written documents can not be identified .It is not easy to follow the run time data and analytics.The control room Ui can be more user friendly.The capabilities of OCR are not very advanced.Debugger can be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have automated the Hr process for one of our clients. By automating this process bot will read the offer letters of the new hire and it will create the employee id for new hire associate and it will mail the clients.

Automation anywhere is the best RPA tool that I have used so far. In terms of ease of use,scalability and functionality its way ahead over its competitors like UiPath & BluePrism .
