its not about dislike but handy, User documentation. The reason is Documentation is the Key for success for any product. Forms and FAQ's will certainly help for developers and support engineers to quickly find the solutions for their problems.

Can significantly reduce the cost of Man hours and human errors while finishing the process

What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere has given a perfect working example of how the manual process can be automated remotely. Data extraction process which require manual effort costing hours of human labour can now be automated through cloud resulting in saving up of compute power.
What do you dislike about the product?
This being a new technology and due to the security laws laid globally , data extraction for raw files consisting critical customer information cannot be remotely transferred across the wire.Data transfer alternatives need to be found.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Extracting of data for business purposes even in the absence of physical labour and compute power has been solved by tremendous lengths

The interface is very easy to use. and do not requiring a programming background. Bots are able to be created extremely quickly no programming required and is highly reliable.Easy recording options are available

Installation and troubleshooting should be more simplified.license cost is expensive

I have been using AA for nearly an year now. The experience has been great.
What do you like best about the product?
SMART Automation Technology : AA quickly automates complex tasks, with no programming required, and is highly reliable and accurate.
The object cloning feature is very helpful and powerful and the way you can move the mouse and either go to a particular point or go to an element is fairly easy.
The dashboard is also pretty interactive and informative.

What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a lot of memory and CPU usage issues. Sometimes the CPU's are running at 100 percent though the process is a simple one.
The architecture of AA is a bit confusing at the start.
The prices (licensing costs) are also little bit higher as compared to the competition.

AA enhanced the digital workforce platform by easing and automating the operational processes.
We have automated the process of AD/ID generation and modification.
It has saved us a load of time and workforce. Additionally, the error rates have dropped significantly.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere has been sort of my go to RPA tool when creating bots because of its consistent upgrades which makes it an excellent ground in developing bots that provides exposure of the RPA in general. In a very short duration, it allowed me to work through different projects. One advantage of AA is it allowed me to continue to expand its usage different platforms.
Overall Functionality of Automation Anywhere is great, it is user friendly and quick in the process of learning, one of its key features of accessing and interacting with different system also makes it a great tool for creating bots.

What do you dislike about the product?
Licensing constraints and its dashboard can still be improved so it can be navigated much much more easily. Object cloning is also quite unstable in some versions, i wasn't able to to capture the right screen data even though its clear and fully loaded.

Real time processing of different claims in our production area and indexing different items we need to keep track of.
Manipulating web pages automatically, therefore greatly reducing the needed man power and processing time in production.

Don't be afraid to dive in and get a glimpse of how Automation anywhere works. Getting consultants will also help to start a project with a simple process so you can confirm the effectivity of the tool on your production. Take it as a stepping stone to improve your system implementations and progress in automating processes.
RPA - Automation Anywhere - Automate almost everything
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is easy to understand, with little technical knowledge & enough interest we can automate almost anything which is rule specific. Also, it do provide good training videos which are easy to understand, kind of self learning.
In 10x version, we need to add dependency at the time of deployment while in 11x version they are allowing to add dependency of a task while development itself which is a good improvement, it will minimise the risk of bot failure due to missing of reference files.

What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere doesn't support manual intervention(Like Work fusion), it should give some functionality in its coming upgrades. Also, sometimes control room take some time to refresh.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Automation Anywhere we work on multiple areas i.e. Web browser, excel, etc. Mostly we are into process automation, so we are automating the manual process. Benefits in the sense it help to educe the manual errors, cost & time to do same repetitive work.

What do you like best about the product?
Client and CR are same in the A360 version, which gets differentiated by license, which was not the case in older version .
Also, it is packaged-based as well. If any issue with the package, we can always roll back to the previous version or the latest version to avoid breaking of code.

What do you dislike about the product?
While deploying the bot, it takes time to download packages the first time, which was not the case in v11. It will be difficult for developers to understand if they move from v11 to A360 versions. And when copying the code from one task to another, it is dependent on packages versions which require ensuring the performances of the packages are identical in bot task and then copy. But in v11, this was not the case.

We are solving use cases involved in logistics, pharma , HR ,finance department , information and anlaytics department , health care department , service now , sap , banking use cases

It's easy to use and understand . With know any scripting language will be cherry on the cake
