What do you like best about the product?
Amongst the RPA tools in the market, Automation Anywhere produces an intuitive and more straightforward canvas for coding the process. It has made a good presence in the global market
What do you dislike about the product?
The product has certain limitations in its features. Getting skilled resources for developing processes in this tool is sometimes challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being an RPA tool, the primary benefit of using Automation Anywhere is its ability to eliminate human efforts. The tool is known for its accuracy and user-friendly development experience.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used several RPA products and can say that Automation Anywhere is user-friendly and packed with features. When we receive requirements from customers, it is easy to map them to Automation Anywhere's functionality and tailor the solution to meet their needs.

Sometimes, finding the necessary documentation can be difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used Automation Anywhere to assist customers in automating manual or repetitive processes and help them streamline their workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best tools across the one I have used in RPA. Almost all the packages can be dragged and dropped to be used. with simple logic you can build the automation bots for automating any kind of applications. Access wise it is has a role-based access so based on requirement you can create a custom role.
Best thing is development is done via browser not client application. Just the bot agent to run and capture the elements

Sometimes device gets disconnected and then need to delete and reconfigured it. it has the task bot history for the bots developed and modified it can be improved furthur by providing the option to go the version which we want as an development need

Business need someone to help out for to do the daily processes which business people are doing manually, With automation anywhere the work/task which they are doing can be automated where it comes conditonal that can be easliy automated with the help of autoamtion anywhere it supports all types of applications to be automated very easily with drag and drop

Running bots and everything made easy.
And error message when bots were running and knowing where it is exactly happened in the bot. Having different type of bots.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to implement, even for those not having coding background. I like the way the tool allows one to automate most of the monotonous work removing any manual repetitive task
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more coverage on how this can be used as a morale booster and encouraging people to involve themselves in more creative work. Use Cases may help rather than simple plain text
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No more monotonous work, less human error and continuous improvement via feedback. For example, I automated the monthly timesheet filling repeatitive emails from line manager which is now being done by AA RPA

IQBot has few issues because of this further documents are not getting processed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Automation Anywhere 360 or 2019 we were able to solve the repetitive tasks especially for the helathcare partner.
With this we were able to process the claims effectively and with IQBot feature we were able to extract the data from different sets of claims

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is one of the Leading and most reliable platforms available in the Market. It has some rich features and easy-to-use drag-and-drop commands, which could also be easily used by a Non-Technical user.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Product's Pricing has recently been slightly over the standard market price. Thus it isn't easy to attract new clients to use this platform. I want the Product Team to be flexible with the pricing depending on the region or the customer segment. Feature-wise, it has all the essential qualities to be the best Automation Tool in the Market Today; Pricing needs to be competitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool resolves any repetitive, rule-based and redundant tasks done manually by the human being. It allows the company to hire people who can do creative/ Decision making and Value Creating Jobs. Companies no longer have to invest in People to get repetitive, boring jobs. It benefits both organizations as well as their employees.

Its easy our day to day basis work loads without mannual intervention.

AA tool helps to reduce manual intervention every stakeholder which perform day to day activity.

The most helpful activity using the AA bot was time reduction and reusability. Being a Technical lead makes it easy to develop the bot, as all the Commands (functionality) are easily readable.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, any challenges related to the bot are quickly answered by the AA team. Also, any changes required will be taken up by the AA team to release in the new version

All the processes which are done by the operations, including many teams built using the AA tool; this helps to improve efficiency, reduction of time and decrease the human error
