Allows me to automate tasks easily without having to learn how to code
What do you like best about the product?
I like to use Automation Anywhere because it allows me to automate tasks easily without having to learn how to code, it has a dynamic and intuitive interface, a teaching and training website where you can learn how to program in the best way and be able to make the most of the uses of this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scrubber is too slow at times and this is really annoying when you need to start the process as soon as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my work we have automated processes with agile apps and data extraction from our database, from the web and from different systems integrated to our network, better manages resources and I have bots that detect irregularities and leaks and send notifications to give warnings before a major damage.

It is a software that makes my life easier, it has helped me to perform all kinds of tasks in my business, allowing me to improve my productivity a lot.
Best RPA tool to learn for beginners and to make it like a pro
What do you like best about the product?
I love how commands are so specific and Automation Anywhere and how it can easily used and deployed. The interface is very user-friendly and every common applications can be automated using this platform. I started using Automation Anywhere 4years ago with just a very basic knowledge in programming but through this, I get familiarized with the common logics used and now I am considered as a subject matter expert when it comes to Automation Anywhere at my workplace. I already used and got trained on different RPA platforms but so far, AA is the best. Even the clients I interacted with and given the choices of platform they would want to use on their applications, they always end up amazed in Automation Anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anwyhere has no major downside but it can still be improve. I started using the version 9 and all I can say is that AA has improved a lot when it comes to speed, accuracy, security and so much more now on its latest version which is the version 11. There’s always a room for improvement and AA is doing it’s best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Common problems are the repetitive tasks done on common applications and the large volume of workloads handled in a certain company. There’s so much return of investment and FTE savings realized after an end to end process has been automated using Automation Anywhere.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Cost, efficient and user-friendly. If you are a beginner in programming, Automation Anywhere is the best choice because it is easy to learn and use.

It is highly intuitive and easy to work with. A lot of commands. A lot of tutorials and courses that help you get the hang of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that the recorders are not that reliable when it comes to recording webpages. Quite often have problems with the captures taken.

What do you like best about the product?
The power of automation, the simplicity and the ease of use, its flexibility and the possibility to deploy this organization wide. There is a great support team which provides quick solutions with out of box thinking.
What do you dislike about the product?
We face issues with many bots in production, specially after the Control Room upgrades but that could be understood and is kind of expected. The other challenge is that the devices do not connect automatically to the control room after planned and unplanned outages which impact the control room, but we have informed that it's likely to change when we move to the Cloud. We do have some concerns about the support, many problems just persist without resolution like black screens and machines logging off intermittently. Accuracy was not high with the IQ bot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We managed to automate a lot of repetitive reports, with AA. Some of the customer care and finance bots are projected to save us millions of dollars.

Automation Anywhere is very powerful, it has helped us achieve huge cost savings. Their cloud version seems to be more evolved than on premise version.

What do you like best about the product?
Unlike any other RPA tool, Automation Anywhere is a very Simple to Use tool which can be used by Any person with Basic IT and Business Process Knowledge. There is no Special Coding background required.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere has a long way in terms on Stability of the Product. The Stability again differs from Environment to Environment, which should not be the case.
The Product weight (In terms of Memory Usage ) has to reduce and has to be lite.
The unattended feature (Auto Login) has to improve a lot and requires a lot of Stability and integration with Windows desktop OS.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Almost all the problems where a Human did not use their brain can be be achieved using Automation Anywhere. Almost automated all the processes where there was a need to copy paste data from one application to another or where we had to download data from database and play around to create reports using excel or Powerpoint.

Consider Automation Anywhere because of it's easy of use and not because of anything else.

Automation Anywhere makes very easy the task of automating a manual process, the interface is so much intuitive and reliable to use, all the information available inside Automation Anywhere University is very helpful to me for understand all the tools and features of this magnificent software, from the very basic process to the processes that require the implementation of new technology like machine learning or artificial intelligence with the IQ Bot makes the development very easy to go in production
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that for the moment I do not find anything that makes me dislike this tool in the development process, but one thing that makes me frustrating is all the process to get install all the infrastructure to be ready for development, testing and production.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere helps me and my organization to bring a solution very fast to our clients in different areas such as banking, insurance, human resources, telecommunication. One of the most differential feature of automation anywhere is the possibility to map one big process click by click in a very few minutes.

My recommendation to all the people who start whit RPA and especially with Automation Anywhere is that do not be afraid of robots, all this technology is here to help us with all the manual process that makes our life less interesting, giving the people the opportunity to make more value for the company and bring solutions in less time to all of our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere has an excellent tutorial which provides in and out knowledge about the tool which is exceptional and helpful. Meta Bot is the most powerful feature it has which gives automation a different dimension. Segregation between Control Unit & Run Clients is another good feature which adds major value in automation execution & maintenance.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not see any cons as of now. Maybe it can come with in-built automation framework which one can import and adopt. Another thing, it does not capability to identify and run citrix native applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the features that we have used the most is an action in the Workbench called Object Cloning. We find that very reliable and very useful for implementing different business processes. Security is a top priority for us. To be allowed to automate different processes, we need to have a good set of controls around who is allowed to do what, and what credentials people can and can't use. It allows us to manage access make sure that we have full control.

Automate more complex, time-consuming tasks while still keeping human workers in the loop. Forum not very active.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Automation Anywhere UI has no flow chart options. It is a rather complex user interface, but with many powerful options and is developer friendly.

I would like mostly on Meta bot and IQ bot which will be good exposure in any industry. This options will help us handle the futuristic projects in a easy way and give the new innovation ideas to create more projects successfully.

I would appreciate if implementation of Global Variable in the tool which will helpful to use One Variable in the entire project/Multiple atmx. files.

A complicated projects can be handle in Automation Anywhere is very easy. Excel options, Loops, IF conditions, Object Cloning, Manage Windows Control, Manage Web Control and lot many options are very helpful to me to fix the issues and problems.
