Capability of gen ai , updates on iqbot pre processor , extraction of document with document automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support mechanism of the team , instead of starting by collecting logs best thing is undertand the issue and provide a resoultion if these are repetative. I see the TAT is long

Automation Anywhere makes life much easier. IQ Bot is the best part I would appreciate. Also, the recent Mobile application is also Fab.

Integration with applications, JSON implementation and manipulation, OCR and Variable Management.

What do you like best about the product?
Really like the ease of use to create a Bot. Online training is very broad and easy to use and follow-through.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes as program is very intuitive in the way it is set-up. Each organization has to determine what processes are best for a Bot development.

We are just starting to find the processes that are best to be automated.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the workbench of AA. The design is very clean and easy to follow.

Setting up automation anywhere is taking more efforts than its competitors
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I automated process with large volume of documents downloading for clients. The automation helped clients saved a lot of human hours.

Technical.Product Support is the best have seen in the last few months, very talented and supportive for implementing BOTs in our business area

It will be helpful if we can read BOT code using standard editor, instead of only using AA client

Implemented 50+ rule based automation BOTs, we are planning to move to next level to use cognitive/AI ideas and explore in BOT Insight
Automation Anywhere Brings Speed
What do you like best about the product?
There is a small learning curve. It is fairly easy to take a business user with little training and/or no programming experience and have them developing simple tasks quickly. At that point, it is about teaching the users best practices in development and debugging to make everything sustainable within our ecosystem.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lack of ease in showing a business user how tasks interact with one another in a visual way, especially when the developer and business user aren't the same person. We would like to see some type of visual interface that can show the breadth of what our tasks are doing and illustrate a complete process flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving problems within Finance, HR and IT. We have over 60 projects in production and each of them is saving our employees' time from continuing to complete mundane, repetitive tasks.

If you want to deliver quick business value, utilize Automation Anywhere. Developers can quickly learn and there is an ecosystem of individuals willing to help along the journey in the Apeople Community.
Liked IQ BOT
What do you like best about the product?
IQ Bot: it was nice to see cognitive integration within the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Did not have a visual workflow which would make it easier to understand the code/ process for someone who is reviewing the code other than the developer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not using Automation Anywhere at the moment.
Fun and energetic crowd. Looking forward to other capabilities AA can offer.

I love how the control room is all web based making it easy for me to be able to access it through a mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the automation anywhere software does not incorporate any queues. Queues are fundamental to processing items with multiple bots.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The potential to automate other mundane processes that have a high impact of the day to day functions of a company that has been around for years.

Think about the process that are going to be automated. Are there going to be queues involved? How are things tracked? Consider the experience of the users. Are they capable to understand basic fundamentals for computer science?
