Very user friendly Product , easy to Automate complex process

Sometimes Object cloning does not work in Production machines

We have Automated Wireless order failure resolution process which helped our customers to provide services much more faster
Simplified version of RPA App in the Market
What do you like best about the product?
There are around 520 RPA options that can be used just by drag and drop options and the program is easy to use. All you need is very good process knowledge of what has to be automated because the application is using extensive features and you need to give exact flow of instructions.
What do you dislike about the product?
THE License Cost is pretty higher than other RPA programs which can be reconsidered
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All program or process related activities that use simple repetitive steps are being automated and this has reduced non value added steps and activities from the process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Whilst the application is ease of use the license cost and OCR categories can be improved further in order to satisfy the growing need and expectations.

Good evaluation and using it to reduce labor is useful for writing scripts that can be run through bots.
What do you dislike about the product?
I couldn't find anything bad in this.

What do you like best about the product?
Customers seem to really like the product because they use it regularly. There are a lot of activities readily available in AA. Dragging is no issue and they are easy to understand. It makes day to day activities easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't complain about anything. It's very easy to use and to comprehends. It decreases manpower and overall cost so what is not to love?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I said before, decrease in manpower and overall cost is low. This helps them increase work-efficiency. Automation of repetitive task using excel and using EWS is above par. Work efficiency automation of repetitive task is above adequate.

Give it a try and you will be very happy you did. It's going in the right direction.

Very simple installation. Easy to use as drag/drop. Integration with excell is excellent.

It’s not integrated directly with SAP. Cost is slightly high.

User-friendly interface to developing the process any person can work in that tool no need coding knowledge simply we want to think logical thinking

It's not looking like a sequence order some times it will give error while running the code I think it's bug issue so please resolve the issue as soon as possible

What do you like best about the product?
What I like in the tool is the top down structure and was of the activities to use and it is very easy to debug the error in automation anywhere rather than other competitors like Uipath and blueprism. When you talk about the cognbitive services the tool is giving the best services with IQ Bot though little costly but it works very well with unstructured data.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is when we code in automation anywhere the code is lil clumsy you cannot understand easily when many if else comes it will be even harder to understand the code and the new cloud version is little slow

We are solving all the healthcare policy renewal automation, HR Processes and the claims automation

This is the best tool in market built with all the capabilities the developer need to save time and the IQ bot is just incredible. You can easily get the work done in a short span of time.

Windows-based screen scraping and email automation are some of the best features of Automation Anywhere enterprise client.

Like any other good product, it is a licensed product and the trial version is only for 2 weeks.
