A good automation solution for a smart organisation
What do you like best about the product?
- Web Recorder turns web extraction into a process you can run whenever you need to. Anyone can record easily.
- The Smart Recorder also identifies the objects of the given window, as well as the coordinates, the image playback mode, etc. And it can be used for web or desktop applications.
Majority of administrative basic tasks can be automated. It's a really useful software to gain productivity across the organisation.

What do you dislike about the product?
OCR doesn't help because it switches some letters with numbers. A simple Arial font text is not being well recognized. So I definitely can't use this as part of the automation program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've transformed manual tasks into automated tasks to improve the quality of the service, accuracy and reduce the time that users take to do it manually. We can invest this time in analysis.

Simple interface but strong capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
The software can realize lots of functions using simple logic. The user interface is clear and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The installation process is not smooth. I had to take an over 2-hour call to solve the installation problem.

It's used to capture data from various data sources to form analysis, which saves a lot of time and effort.

What do you like best about the product?
AA is suitable for the role of software engineer. As an individual resource, I am getting a good opportunity to learn. The best thing is that senior management always welcomes individuals' approaches and supports implementing them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike, but we can work on the working hours and meeting timings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am working with the IQBOT Engine on image and PDF processing. This will assist the AA control room in processing invoices.

1. Simple drag and drop of instructions makes it easier for developers from different disciplinary.

Mostly Object cloning is used to extract PDF into excel sheet.

what i like the best about automation anywhere is that with a single tap and just few minutes depends on the bot i get things done, secure for the company and the users, and better creating the bot weather it's task bot or meta bot or IQ bot, plus these features like workflow designer, report designer, trigger manager and workload management.
What do you dislike about the product?
as for the moment there's no really something i don't like about automation anywhere as it's complete everything perfectly and even get things done and processes that takes days to finish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the issue of connecting all the departments together and with live comments and taking the right decision with fast actions.

as for automating, i'd highly recommened using automation anywhere as it's the best in the market now, easy interface and easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
The Tool is simple and the university is excellent for beginners to understand how they can transform their business.
What do you dislike about the product?
As beginner the tool is good, if the setup is further improved it would be add more value

Transforming the business we have recently done with a poc for a customer who was manually checking three systems and confirming the orders. AA has transformed the business, Now the robo checks the data ' and informs the user in case of any mismatch.

Credential Vault and new control room functions are awesome compared to previous versions and much needed for the industry.

I dislike the connectivity issues between the client and control room however this may not be the common case for everyone

What i don't like about automation anywhere program is that with my own point of view that it might make people kinda stop looking for their work as automation anywhere can do everything for me but other than that i love the program and still can promote it with ease

I faced a lot of difficulties in the installation of the control room rest all are pretty good

I have solved the data entry problem where an IT person needs to invest more than 10 minutes to generate a single report card of a student.
But the bot i have developed will take only 30 seconds and meanwhile it mails the report card automatically to the student and their parents.
