Awesome learning platform to create awesome bots!
What do you like best about the product?
The AA Learning university is an awesome program that helps you to master the creation and management of the Automation Anywhere RPA.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I've found that has caused concern or dislike of this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere allows me to automate the tasks that were very mundane. The benefit of a comprehensive execution of those tasks through robotic automation is a game changer.
Automation for multiple platform
What do you like best about the product?
We have had great success using automation anywhere to act as a bridge between multiple database systems and applications to create synergy and reduce the need for manual processing as well as increased accuracy. This has enabled us to re-deploy resources and workers to more strategic positions as well as review processes that have been normalized and automated to ensure that they are done right and that other problems that were occluded by the hidden factory and rework are becoming addressed.
What do you dislike about the product?

Automation Anywhere has enabled us to bridge the gap between multiple systems where personnel were required to do manual processes. As such employees have been freed from doing repetitive tasks to being able to do more cognitive value added activities.

Training, Training,Training! Training and documentation is key to establishing success with this product!
Tool to develop solutions quickly
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is a tool which is very easy to learn and even easier to develop (I've seen people who never wrote a single line of code and not from a STEM background developing production grade solutions using this)
On top of that product can be easily extend using metabots (dlls,screenshots etc) and IQ bots (AA offering of intelligent OCR solution)
As a product drag and drop development methodology and having only basic data types makes development much more easier as well.
The Bot Store contains bunch of reusable code libraries developed by other companies and free to use. This is beneficial and prevent re-inventing the wheel.
On top of that product can be easily extend using metabots (dlls,screenshots etc) and IQ bots (AA offering of intelligent OCR solution)
As a product drag and drop development methodology and having only basic data types makes development much more easier as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would be beneficial to have support of complex data types within AA. But on the flip side this will make the product more complex thus at a risk of losing one of their strengths (ease of learning)

As a consultant I work across industries from financial services to manufacturing using AA.
I worked on processes such as time and attendance, expense tracking, new employee on boarding (HR)
bank reconciliation, transaction matching, month end processes (Finance) and various compliance processes such as know your customer, AML checks, audit just to name a few.

Make sure to use botStore, it will save lot of time.
Explore the possibilities within metabots and IQ bots, you will be surprised.
Attend the frequent webinars organised by AA, this will help you to improve your knowledge and skills a lot.
Also try to get the certifications from AA university. Most of the courses are delivered virtually.

What do you like best about the product?
IQ bots which can handle more complex processes
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike ! But sometimes i would like see more functionality to handle and manipulate string operations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For billing customers and taking manual work from the agents, thus saving time and money of the company!
Impressive how is easy to learn Automation Anywhere
What do you like best about the product?
The Metabots is the best option to work, including the possibility to create our own DLLs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't start more than 1 process at the same time and I can't start the workflow from Tasks.

Fixe Assets controlling , analyze and creation thru Automation Anywhere and Sap.

having to install a plugin for chrome. It would be nice if the plugin was built right in to avoid roadblocks with certain systems

IQ bot is working as expected, Demo was good but when we try with our documents it didn't work.

The Automation Anywhere account manager and support team have been great to deal with and are very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Us having to wait for the Hopper release.

The ability for us to scale the business without adding headcount and freeing associates up for more value added work.

It's great benefits, saving hours, dollar saving, productive system, avoid manual work load.

What do you like best about the product?
The Recorder feature which lets you automate the process without writing any code and the meta bots to abstract a function so the same thing can be used in multiple processes without having to duplicate the code in all the different tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The code that cannot be copied in between the bot and the meta bot was a bit annoying. The Rest Web service does not let you to put a variable in the URI as well as it only accepts the XML response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using to automate all areas where there is a definite process and rule to follow in all possible states. It has helped to cut down the mundane repetitive work.

Give it a shot and see how it works for your needs. I think they just launched a community edition as well.
