Automation anywhere present and future
What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere is a very good platform for RPA than other RPA tools. It is highly scalable and flexible. The concept of metabots is very unique and of greate use. The separation of user role for development and run time ensures enhanced security and maintenance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation anywhere requires coding and programming skills to create a bot. Though it is easy for experienced people, it is tough for freshers to understand and code for the bot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have worked on banking solutions. It is very helpful in eliminating many reduntant tasks with high accuracy.
Good But with more features It would be much better

it makes your automation tasks simpler as it does not need more time to build a bot when compared to coding an automation task.

Would like to have enhancements like parsers

webscraping is the mostly automated tasks, image recognition as well

There are lots of built in functionality and templates which removes the effort of manual developing and coding the desired features.
Its also very easy to set up and use. There is a chat option where you can ask for questions and get your answers

There is no dedicated online forums or registered discussions group from automation anywhere support groups where we can post queries and get it resolved.Although the support is quick to respond, it would be great if there was some discussion forums where you can quickly lookup for your answer
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lots of manual processes involve storing the data in excel worksheets and aggregating the data into pivots and graphs which required a fixed amount of time every now and then.

This is a good tool over the other RPA tools in terms of simplicity. You don't have to be technology advanced in order to get things working on this tool.

Some version of the software seems not to be compatible with our current IT requisite.

Business problems such as low value and repetitive tasks.
Being able to automate them is a time gainer, and save some cost

If you want to have access to an easy to use software, I recommend AA
Even a non technical person can create a simple bot
Go to the AA university to learn about the software by watching and doing training.
Every topics are present and easy understandable.
Be sure that the version of the software is compliant with the IT of your company

IQ Bot and the ease of working with task bots with dependency mapping.
What do you dislike about the product?
We could have functionalities for parsing JSONs

We solver various types of problems all related closely with regards to saving full time employee hours. We save a lot of boiler plate coding using AA.

Low-code design that mirrors traditional coding without the technicalities
What do you dislike about the product?
Since AA is dynamic when declaring, it becomes an issue when trying to input a string of numbers that has a dash (say a social security number) since AA thinks this is an expression. Additional flexibility and versatility would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly tasks within the finance space. Routine tasks, mainly data entry among multiple apps/systems, is the most prevalent.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Prepare several uses cases that have high RPA potential (standardized input, clear logic, 500 clicks or less) and have an average user attempt to create the process in AA. The exercise should determine whether the software is right for your average user.

What do you like best about the product?
All the repetitive processes, data extractions can be automated using Automation Anywhere . It's convenient to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
As there are many Automation tools available in the market, job opportunities for AA are not that great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Webscrapings, downloading documents, Extracting data from pdfs. The manual efforts are reduced.

I strongly recommend AA for others to automate repetitive process.

I have been using the tool since 2 years and it has been user friendly and potentially the best in the business.

We have used in Banking, telecom auditing and invoices processes and we found that all the processes are feasible using AA.

It is pretty user friendly as compared to the tools in the segment.

Lacks OCR capability and some functionalities are on the roadmap so not yet available, we just have to be patient... :-)

The health industry pre health checks which eliminates the human error right away. This will help us in the initial diagnosis, and we can be sure that it will always follow the best practices. Use data to personalize care and improve patient rapport.
What do you dislike about the product?
This may take some jobs out of the employees who may badly need the job, but not have any expertise to move on to another job. That is common problem for automation. Automation like all other advancements are threat to obsolete human jobs. This will not be well received initially.
