Easy to use, and User friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I'm not native English speaker. But this service is easy to use for me.
Also e-learning help me, and if you have programming skills, you will more easier to use.

Nothing. Maybe some point is difficult for non native English speaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm at HR. There is many excel or word files.
I spent much times, to make contract file or other. But using Automation Anywhere, I can spent time to recruiting or other tasks.

Very Easy Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy drag and drop options and very user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
limited functionality as sometimes you can not perform all the functions in AA
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generating reports and automating all the excel processes the business,
Training to build a new road for work at school

loved the learning and how their are so many course options so you can learn what will help you on your path. I love the Ice breaker course and its game lay out, it kept the learning fun :)
What do you dislike about the product?
I found some of the questions on some of the tests really hard to answer without keeping detailed notes. Some felt very specific and I found them hard to answer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am hoping to move to our automations team so I hope to soon be solving all kinds of problems. But right now I seem endless possibilities from the role I currently hold, including simple change requests and letter writing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
give it a go, its a very promising product that is still growing

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is very easy to learn. In about 2 hours you can already have coded your first bot.
Their support is very good and always available.
The bot store helps you to get new impressions and move things forward even faster.

What do you dislike about the product?
The hardest part about creating a bot with AA is to make it robust. There many things which could crash a bot. If AA can improve here with more AI or other features I can see them as the market leader.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Decrease the amount of "simple" tasks to achieve more time for complex problems.

What do you like best about the product?
1. As Initial coding language expertise is not required
2. Easy to get familiar with the tool
3. Best part what i like in AA is automating Sql server, where all reconciliation and ETL redundant procedures can be automated
4. UI automation without knowledge on JAVA/C# is another feature amused me.

What do you dislike about the product?
Facing intermittent issues while running the BOT,
1. Even though there are no issues in Code logically
2. Facing issues with manage windows control option
3. Tasks working successfully on Development environment sometimes failing in BoT runner environment
4. Object cloning is not capturing exact area on my PC even though all my specifications are as per AA recommended
5. Currently I am facing issue on using Google Chrome.
6. DOMXpath iteration which is working on One BOT same is not working on other BoT iterations, I already raised this concern and got suggestion to upgrade to V11, but still I am facing same kind of issue.

I recommend AA as it is very easy to learn and to implement any kind of typical tasks
Around 2 years I am involving RPA development using AA.

In AA 11.3
1.Queue management
2.Locker.
3.Service url assigned a variable(this issue I was raised 10.5 and its fixed in 11.3 I am so happy)

I have automated dynamic content website using AA
Works, but isn't that easy.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to get form items from Windows forms and online forms. That feature is truly revolutionary.

It sometimes doesn't just "simply work" and takes time to get processes reliable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I personally have not solved any issues, I just am a resource for the users who plan to use it.
Ease of reusing the RPA codes
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of coding practice! I am able to use design the codes in such a way that I can use them for multiple processes. the error handling easy very easy and provides details with screenshots.
Once the parameters/ variables are defined, processing steps with same operations can be used for other parameters too. it is very easy to update parameters from an input excel/ csv file which gives a free hand to user to update the variables - values without even changing the codes.
Connection with different set of tools with APIs is very good. this ensures the less time being spent on error handling and runs the process smoothly

What do you dislike about the product?
in the new upgrade AA 11.3 version of AA, Excel is not working as per expectations. first row in excel is not being able to read from AA and updates to the existing codes is needed. once this is fixed, it will easier to reuse the codes in 11.3 too!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are automating the operations and reporting in processes. this involves heavy use of ETL tools and excel/ databases. when any tool is used across different processes, we can use the same codes (used for one process) and complete the development asap. this allows to spend more time on error handling and testing. we have been able to automate 10+ processes and all are in production.
there are multiple occasions where processes have reduced their timelines and saved lot of mundane manual efforts. one of the process is saving ~2k manual hours per quarter.

Understanding the journey of automation for other peers, updated with the latest tools and offerings from AA

Nothing as of now. Just the stability of deploying the code. Attended vs unattended behaviors.

Reducing manual effort in system runs, QC the data and processing.
Amazing platform!
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is designed for non-IT people to easily create bots. Also, it integrates very well we IBM Business Automation Workflow which allows to integrate human task and mix it with bots to create real life processes. I believe it's a great platform to create digital workers.
What do you dislike about the product?
We feel that it would be great to include the Bot Store directly in the product (or having a way to download & install the bots available in the bot creator).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main business issue we are trying to solve using Automation Anywhere is business interoperability. We have a lot of cloud services that don't necessary talk to each other and Automation Anywhere gives us the flexibility to do it easily.
I use it to simplify the way we sync our pipeline management systems. We are also exploring the usage of RPA to streamline to preparation of the monthly sales reports as well as doing simple IT administration tasks.

Deploying RPA technology may sound simple...but needs to be planned properly. On our side, we use a method called the Garage Method to modernize our processes.
