What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is the easiest RPA tool. You can automate your process easily using AA, it gives you more than 585+ commands which you use to develop your process. I like the OCR, pdf integration and Files and Folder command very much.
Now you can automate your process on the go as well as they have developed the cloud based tool which you can access from anywhere in the world.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike but I want to AA add this feature which is when we add some loop, If command then it does not give clear indication which End loop or which End if is for which loop or end If when you are using multiple loop or If condition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Metabot needs more improvement.

Powerful automation tool, but needs better product QC and internal testing before release

AA's Integration to SAP is alot better than other RPA products. IT also has the IQbot that OCR PDFs for end-to-end automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Buggy new releases, incompatibility with previous versions of control room. Long version release cycle.

Do a proof of concept project first
It's good to have many features, but it's hard to understand how to use the different components.

- Handling Excel is difficult (system variables are complex, there are few components, and although there is a MetaBot for Excel, it opens/closes with each execution, making it difficult to use with large Excel files).

What do you like best about the product?
The vendor support and management of relationship is very good. The support and advise is always timely and collaborative. There is a strong focus on working closely with the customer on identifying suitable used cases.

At times we appear to be leading the pack in adoption of AA services and rollout of new versions and as the AA is building its team there are lots of new faces and we are having to set the context and explain what we do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
back office processes simplification and front office automation

It is so easy to use as a business user I was able to create my own bot in under an hour, i taught myself as it seems logical and intuitive.
I have read now there is a community addition which will give me more features to play with which is very exciting

not easy to get a copy of for own use with all the features

Easy to automate manual tasks using the GUI, and implements with most applications.

The setup process can be improved, to include more configuration options post-installation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating tasks that take many hours to complete manually. RPA is becoming more common, and allows tasks to be completed faster, in parallel and outside of business hours.

What do you like best about the product?
The Automation Anywhere team (Customer Managers and technical ) provides great, consistent service and issue resolution. Ongoing support from the senior leadership team at AA has enabled quick resolution of issues.

There have been limited negative experiences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AA is being across different areas of the organisation to help create capacity by automating repeatable and mundane admin tasks to free human capital to focus on higher order, value add activities.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Was playing around with this and Uipath's free trial, and AA was MUCH easier to understand. Took a course and caught on right away. Simpler than you think, don't be intimidated. Others are coding heavy and not everyone has that background.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe better documentation online so I don't have to keep going back to training videos to look up concepts and how-to's.

The best part of the automation anywhere is compatible and integrated with other system like sap and Ease of access to the learning material .Most significant is less man power and cost management.to increase better business strategy and achieve the strong business challenges.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have minimal dislikes.No of admin users bot runners and bot creators is minimum.other as of now did not face much difficulties in using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using it for sales force automation of leads and opportunities and for sending email notifications for the clients and on daily reports ..it is highly beneficial for the reduced cost and minimal work time.
