What do you like best about the product?
In the company, we can access it from anywhere because the software is in the cloud. So, it is perfect for accessing from different devices and doing it outside the office.
I can automate several tasks using just a couple of clicks. I just need to drag and drop to create a simple code. It allows me to focus on getting the algorithm right, not on programming.
AI helps create more complex bots, so I don't have to spend extra time on them.

What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes notice problems when programming the more advanced bots because the documentation is not so clear. So, even though I can make them, I feel that the idea of AAis to make everything as easy as possible.
On the other hand, it is a software that requires a system with great resources to implement. It's not a big deal to me, but perhaps a drawback for smaller companies.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The workflow has improved a lot since we've been using AA. I use the software to create simple bots that facilitate communication between different teams. The key one is the chatbot, where the other workers report bugs they have and provide information that is easier for e to read.
I also created a similar bot for customer service, focused mainly on the technical side because that is my specialty. As a result, data collection is much more efficient than before, and it has helped me better understand the request that comes to me.

What do you like best about the product?
Asset Management is a very critical task for me before because multiple follow-ups involved until we receive back the asset from exit users. Now, I've automated the tasks all follow-ups are happening automatically on time without any issues. And also I created a bot for dashboard updates where management is up to date on asset status. Thanks!
What do you dislike about the product?
No technical knowledge is required to create bots in this RPA tool. Just drag and drop items. Till today I didn't face any difficulties or problems with this AA RPA tool.

What do you like best about the product?
I never imagined that making automation is this much easy. I mainly deployed bots for giving access to tools to users based on department and work. Before 2 IT engineers were maintaining this process. But now after automating this process users are getting tool access easily without any issues.

Automation Anywhere Tool gets better with AA360 verison
What do you like best about the product?
The latest AA360 version has a good number of reusable actions. Now it is very easy to install, create and run the Bots. The custom package creation extends the tool functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AA360 version is currently unstable and upgrade builds from Automation Anywhere are coming quite frequently. We also need to update our AA Control room as well.

Automation Anywhere helps businesses to run mundane tasks and provide bandwidth to Business users to work on some more important tasks. Also helps in reducing the overall cost to run any task.

Robotic process robotization streamlines workflows, which makes colleges also moneymaking, adaptable, and responsive. It similarly increases jobholder enjoyment and productivity by taking off everyday assignments from their workdays

At this moment i found sometime the UIpath has freeze for sometime or as of now i couldn't find any type of bug or anything.and also UIpath so good user-friendly and easy to use.

Automation has own programing language so its easy to learn and use.automation gives us a quick and proper response.automatic fetch data and update.we can watch perfomance monitor and its shows error logs. also automation is save your time.

For machine literacy programs python integration works easy when compared to different RPA tools. Functionality-wise both robotization Anywhere and UiPath are accomplishing smoothly

We noticed some of the following problems: the subscription cost is quite hefty for some of our clients, there are no mobile apps yet, and all functionalities have not been fully documented by the vendor.

This solution is a smart option for businesses that want to identify inefficiencies in their processes without a single line of code and with various built-in out-of-the-box automations for every single department in a business, turning complex operations into simplified workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
Working on high-priority incident management was challenging for us before because we need immediate action for this incident. Hence we planned to make the process automation and it's headed to the right decision. Before 3 users were dedicated to working only on this. Now, removed these users and balanced the workflow. The support team is very helpful to implement this RPA tool. We almost using this RPA company-wide. Still planning to implement as much as possible.

This RPA solution removed all our headache tasks and helped us a lot. till today I didn't face any difficulties with this tool. If any issues support team will act immediately.
