Great Functionality, Design and Support Team Could Be Improved

What do you like best about the product?
AA has good functionalities that helps us to navigate through websites and excels.
What do you dislike about the product?
The font and coding like drag and drop lines are not friendly for eyes, pleas consider color coding, indentation, and adding more filters to help navigate through the codes. On the other hand, please make sure support line personnels are familiar with recent upgrades of the software, I have had experiences where they didn't know how to solve issues or not knowing the interfaces changed in newer software versions, which costed me additional time to get an answer to solve my issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
finance department use cases - downloading reports, uploading reports, etc

What do you like best about the product?
Monitoring and controlling bots using Mobile Apps
What do you dislike about the product?
Opportunity assessment and implementation methodology is required to design more user, business friendly to make it uniform across the industry
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bank reconciliation was a tedious and repetitive task periodically. Organization have multiple bank accounts with multiple currencies which was taking 5 days efforts to reconcile and finalized bank positions using AA not only we have eliminate hunan errors but also increased productivity efficiently

Object Clones are rarely transportable between systems.

What do you like best about the product?
The metabot is one of the area where you can create your own metabot using API
What do you dislike about the product?
The object cloning needs an update mostly interacting with java based applications
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using this software we automated multiple projects which are routine or logical based processes. It helps the employees to invest more in decision making or analytical job.

What do you like best about the product?
Monitoring Production from the Control Room and the database is easy. Deploying thru the environments is easy. Easy to run a test as tasks are developed. Able to automate reports on bot processing. Ease of creating AA schedules. Log files, screenshots, outputs, database info are very helpful for troubleshooting errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to scan a repository for certain code. Debug doesn't drill down into sub tasks. Access to Control Rooms are limited. Unable to troubleshoot if errors are BOT and Control Room related or VM related. VM's are difficult to setup and maintain to avoid unexpected pop-ups. AA Schedules have limited capabilities. Difficult to identify impacts for shared components. Having multiple control rooms can limit ability to share knowledge and common components.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lean out processes for efficiencies as they are automated. Reduce FTE's using BOTS, working with the Operations Triage team. Ability for employees to focus on innovative tasks instead of redundant tasks that can be automated. Producing accurate results and reducing errors by utilizing bots.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
limited capabilities. May need to use along with other technologies to fully automate a process. Need controls around standard input to the bot. VM's are a challenge to maintain and utilize for bot processing.

What do you like best about the product?
The concepts are easy to understand and you can start using it really quick as it is simple and user friendly, but make no mistake, the simplicity of the tool has a lot of power under the hood, you can connect with almost any application and repeat the task performed by the users as one of them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It s not cheap, you need to do a good investment to get the power of the tool, and need to plan carefully to use available hours of processing in the smarter way to avoid wasting money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of control check that previously took around 300 hours monthly.

What do you like best about the product?
I Came across few quality blogs and in which Automation Anywhere is one of the most trending tools of RPA. Automation Anywhere allows you to create automated tasks with ease. Its intuitive interface provides you the essential features to record modify and run tasks that range from simple to more complex ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to be dislike in Automation Anywhere tool every item every component is for some purpose to solve the daily routine problem i believe there is no dislikes in RPA Automation Anywhere.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am very much impressed with that free course and in next moment enrolled for the INSTRUCTOR- LED-LIVE training. Which are at affordable prices.All the topics and the training covered with the real time scenarios.So, that I was prosperous to have the training from cloud foundation & felt I was in the safe hands.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about AA is that it is easy and user friendly so people who are do not have a technology background are able to quickly and efficiently learn how to use the software. I had previously come from a marketing background and now I am the project manager over our company's Automation Anywhere efforts and it was so helpful to have so many resources at hand to pick up all the knowledge I needed to know to do my job well.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is the lack of project management viewpoint, I know that there are business analysts courses and developer courses, but I would appreciate something from a management perspective. I also would love a course to teach AA on a high level to be able to present to the company and even some security details to help with security.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, we are using AA in our contact center environment to help automate tasks that our agents waste their time on. These are of menial tasks that take away their attention from live consumers, so we are using the software to automate those tasks.
