What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Automation Anywhere - RPA is the Automation 360 Feature. It is an intelligent automation. The second best thing is Security. It has amazing security.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I did not like about Automation Anywhere - RPA is that there is no possibility of integration as well. Migration is also impossible in this. The Error handling command on the solution still needs improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped in automating several processes as it provides several bots for several processes. It made it easier for me to do tasks in my company. The efficiency is 100% accurate

What do you like best about the product?
I like its low code and workflow management, it's a great RPA with smart management and integration using APIS to a variety of technology tools, it's easy to use and its system is easy to operate on a daily basis due to the clear design of the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now, it only shows expected reporting issues and the ability to automate certain tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to automate the entire business process and associated business activities, providing a monitoring solution for each process and have been able to rely on the integration of third-party tools and receive real-time updates.

If you are really looking to innovate with a product, improve workflow, simplify work and save time. I highly recommend Automation Anywhere RPA.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation anywhere is one of the popular tools among Robotics process automation. The Audit log generated by Automation anywhere is very helpful for our Audit process and then the process discovery is very much useful for the preparation of the process documentation. IQBot is one of the best feature for processing the unstructured data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Plugin and Bot agent is not working sometimes, it puts our process hold.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem we resolved using Automation anywhere is we usually give our manual effort to process the invoices but after Automation anywhere into the action it helped us to reduce our manual effort with minimal time. It also helped us to save our time spent for the payroll.
Balancing work flow is very easy now using this AA tool.
What do you like best about the product?
The web recording action item is very useful. Using this action item I am able to create critical bots easily.
I mainly configured bots for my email forwarding option for ex-employees to managers. Before one user was maintaining it manually now fully automated. No need to create a notification for the end date now.

I cant install and configure bots in my old systems. This RPA toll required the latest configuration machines.

What do you like best about the product?
I like this RPA because it allows me to automate and improve business processes and reduces costs and saves time, I like that it provides an excellent user interface that is very understandable for any user and that it is compatible with API and the details can be obtained in the Orchestrator database, this is the best RPA we could implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were some errors or peculiarities in the debugging I think that compared to other RPA this is the only problem that it presents.

Automation Anywhere reduces the effort because automating a series of processes that were previously manual and most of the processes are being automated and improved definitely makes everything easier, it is the best thing about RPA.

I have nothing to dislike. Everything works best.

It helps to save users time in automation of tasks that repeats itself self every hour. You can easily extract wanted information from multiple forms and generate results easily.

Automation Anywhere appeals to me since it can automate PDF and picture documents, is highly accurate, and can be set up and operating quickly. I enjoyed how you could learn and keep learning the bot as additional data sets were added. It is an excellent piece of software for individuals with less technical skills.

I'd like them to enhance the SAP interface because it may be difficult to grasp at times, and the apps can take a long time to load.

It is now utilised to automate some procedures and is being performed in finished projects, resulting in a decrease in burden due to bots that speed up all operations.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the way Automation Anywhere has been helping us along in tackling complex cases, we have been creating bot for many such cases where our workload reduces to almost zero. We had been looking for many tools for RPA but we found AA the best in the market. It is best in the market in every aspect with powerful AI/ML capabilities. Even the deployment of the product in our organisation was very quick and it got started with us in no time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a space for improvement in SAP interface as i think it could be more better. Other than this, they should focus with more workforce in customer support. Besides these small things, there's nothing more i can dislike about the product.

We have been using Automation Anywhere from more than a year and we have got tremendous support from the software. With the help of AA, we have been able to automate most of our work and we have created and implemented bots for many automatic services where customer can contact with bot for most of the queries. We have been able to save a lot in our annual gross expenditure with the help of AA.

We would definitely recommend AA to everyone who wants to automate things and make themselves involved in other productive works.
