Good product for user mimic processes
What do you like best about the product?
AA software has various commands which are helpful in automating daily process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Latest technology are not supported by major commands like Object cloning.
Not supporting or not strong in enterprise level security, environments (multi user environment) and business processes.

We automate daily manual processes like user access management, excel operations, HR process which can help us to focus towards new processes implementation, innovation works.

the way i can handle the bots and finish my work, with ease and without big efforts ,

what i don't like about automation anywhere program is that with my own point of view that it might make people kinda stop looking for their work as automation anywhere can do everything for me but other than that i love the program and still can promote it with ease

all the work i have is going well with efficiency and i saved lots of money with it

easy to develop as only have to think of logic and not syntax, drag and drop easy to integration with VB and OCR based Metabots in AA 11 now even citrix automation is possible

new version asking for more RAM has caused problem for developers to work and understand new features

we have deployed bots for almost all functions in financial services

Yes , the tool is best for quick and easy deployment also has all the features required for a enterprise level RPA implemtation, new features in AA 11 are very good in terms of features and advancements especially the work load management feature , robust control for the CR admins over the process by choosing the right roles and RBAC credential vault were the must required which is covered in 11 version

What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility of the software really stands out. The options available to automate activity are very helpful for interfaces with complex processes. I especially like how the integration of .NET dll coding is so seemless into the execution of tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the software would offer a code "save as" feature in a more elaborate text format for easier version compares. Currently, disabled lines cannot be distinguished from enabled.

The software works has been useful collecting data across a variety of interfaces for making business decisions, especially with regard to managing a large number of requests.

The software continues to show improvements through upgrades and continues to show lots of potential for automation opportunities throughout the enterprise.

Product maturity, inconsistent behaviour on client as well as CR level. Such as services shutsdown without reasons.
There is annoying limitation in AA that the scheduler cannot cover the past, therefore you cannot set up an ongoing schedule from the middle of one day to continue into the future.

Converting our Fund of Fund business processes and would like to introduce iQbots as AI tool. Also for data quality projects

The product should be more business user freindly, at the same time with more development features for IT savy in general.

What do you like best about the product?
I was able to train three accountants to be bot developers who had no technical experience and all three became certified developers. They are all able to develop bots with no issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had some issues with the bot runners not connecting consistently on a regular basis. This has required some manual intervention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We a looking at reduction the transfer of data from different systems manually by having the bots move the data. We are seeing reduced error rates and quicker data transfers.

I would recommend a third party implementer to help you setup the environments and do the training.
