What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is comparatively easier than other automation tools available in the market . It is truly Reliable for automating most of the task in order to reduce human effort in the industry, also it is dependable and exception handling is far better than other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite all the pros in the Automation Anywhere as a automating tool , the only thing dislikable abut it is , it takes a long time to install, far more than any software in this category. I believe if installing time taken by this tool is reduced then it is unbeatable in its category.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere automation tool is currently being used in Auto Ticketing of troubles or issues , escalations of Trouble tickets , Zero Touch Report Generation, Analysis of KPIs, Downloading Network KPIs Dumps from Server, Mail reading, Mailing reports, recording logs of work, Monitoring and scheduling of tasks to be performed through Automation.

Yes I will recommend to use Automation Anywhere to any of my co workers and friends working in other organizations.
It's a good tool.It has more things to explore it boosts our creativity and innovation

What do you like best about the product?
User interface is good, easy to use, no coding background is required. It makes exception handling easier than other tools in the market . The Flow is faster and type conversion is better .
What do you dislike about the product?
Installation process of Automation Anywhere is not easy as compared to other software like Uipath or blueprism , the loading time of the automation anywhere on bootup is significantly high .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring and analyzing KPIs , Generating Excel And document based reports , Mailing and mail reading , Lots of odd jobs that eat time ar solved by the automation Anywhere. Also we utilize automation anywhere in tasks like data analysis , and site integration and SLA monitoring

Surely , I will recommend automation anywhere to my co workers who are yet to get aware about it , and also I will advise my acquaintances, and friends in the other organizations to use automation anywhere and make their choirs easier . It is definitely a boon to Technological organizations.

What do you like best about the product?
Within a week or two we can learn the Automation Anywhere tool With the help of the guided tutorials provided by Automation Anywhere. Also, we can use the trial version of the software for learning and evaluating the software. We can start building the bots within a week or two. Illustrations provided with the tool helped us to quickly automate the business processes in the Investment Management sector. Automation of repetitive and time-consuming processes freed up the resources, so that they have started contributing to more value added services, that robots cannot handle. Also, Process automation helped us to eliminate the costly mistakes due to repetitive work flows that occurs very frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere software installation process does not raise a meaningful error (for troubleshooting or tracing purpose) while it is being blocked by the Firewall like McCafe or Symantic antivirus software. Also, I was getting another error message like “bad gateway” while accessing the control room. So, based on the error message, I thought it might be due to some firewall / antivirus or configuration related issue and tried to troubleshoot in that direction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating the repetitive business processes in the Investment Management sector helped us to save resources time and effort, apart from gaining higher return on the investment and improved morale of the employees and to focus more on innovative tools and valued added services. Another advantage is: the Software bots are available 24X7.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere has one of the Best User Interface to work with. The various options available as tools helps to automate the Reports more efficiently. Its very easy to use by dragging the tools one by one steep-wise, which does not require prior coding knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Installation process is lengthy and tough and not so easy. The trial version once installation is a bit slower than the licensed version, the trial version also does not run at all times..if the feature is updated , it will become ultimate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
currently at my organization we are using automation anywhere tool is being used for downloading logs, analysing KPIs , sending reports, reading mails , sending mails, scheduling automation tasks , and also , maintaining the tools made for automation .

What do you like best about the product?
One of the features that, I have used the most is an action in the Workbench called Object Cloning. I find that very reliable and very useful for implementing different business processes. It also provides very good level of security with features like Credential Vault. Ease of use is another important factor which i really like about Automation Anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has numerous features, thus it takes time to master the application. There is nothing particular to dislike about the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have Automated CRIB downloading Process for a Bank, Custom Declaration for the Garment Company. And SFI(Sea Imports) process for Shared Services, And Payment file reconciliation for an Insurance company. More than 90% of the requirement which was presented to us, we managed to automate with Automation Anywhere Tool.

This development tool is one of the best ones for use, and screen capturing is better.

The variable configuration method needs to be improved. It needs to have PDF extraction without using any third-party tool.
