Usefull product in accomplishing Medtronic Goal...

What do you like best about the product?
1.Easy to use commands..
2.Documentation of each commands helps developer to know insights about AA tool.
3.Adding new features with respect to current technology landscape.
4.AA support center is very active and answers each question as early as possible.
5.BOT Store has helped a lot in reducing development deadline.
6.Addition of ML capability has Organization a lot.
7.Different options to perform excel operations like using excel as database , are just great. they reduce the execution time of bot.
8.IQ bot functionality has provided edge to this tool.
9.As AA developer I got knowledge of working on different application which has helped me in improving me technical skills.
10.Integration of Bot store with AA client , has reduced development efforts.
11.Using AA in Medtronic has helped a lot, in achieving Organization goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Object Cloning is very slow.
Many development tools like V studio allows uses to compress block of code..(Eg. using + Sign to expand code block.) this feature should be added in AA tool ,Because many times code goes to 500 lines and it becomes very difficult to manage..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Processing Invoices..
Processing Automatic server alert raised in Service Now application.
Assigning training to users as per different roles.
Sending daily reports
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend this product to others because the no. of features like IQ bots ,Different language compatibility (Python,java,jscript,vbscript) it provides and AA support always try to support as much as they can when it comes to development.

What do you like best about the product?
Support is available all the days and response is quick for high priority ticket. Support engineers are really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The trail & error method of solving the issues. Sometime AA engineers could not describe why it worked before and why it's not working now and what they did to make it work. This undermines the confidence on product. There is clear cut information about the features and condition/logic in which it will certainly works or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Issues with metabot, IR, object cloning, scheduling , environment changes. It helped to resolve the issues faster and resume the business as usaul.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of automating tasks, especially the smart recorders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Up until this point in time, I haven't found anything that I dislike about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving problems mostly in Finance, and starting to use bots in IT.

What do you like best about the product?
The Best Growing AI/RPA, Best in bringing Human-Friendly interface. Coding in Automation Anywhere is fun. I like to be a part in it :)
What do you dislike about the product?
When I got to know about Automation Anywhere tool and when i started working on it. I had lot of Connectivity issue, Now the Performance on the new version is assured by AA
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time Saving when developing a Bot who works like a digital worker actually serving my needs in Business

What do you like best about the product?
I'm the RPA Architect so i primarly deal with the control room and back end side of things. What i like best is the easy setup especially with the migration from version to version. On top of that whenever there is an issue it is easy to get support on the matter
What do you dislike about the product?
The client software is a little limited in some cases. It's more or less coding with training wheels which limits the capabilities of bots.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarly the Money and Time saved more than pays for the platform but the most benificial has been error reduction from user error.

What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to use and very user friendly. Minimal coding knowledge is needed. Its capable of automating a lot of different processes using various applications and platforms. Customer service for Automation Anywhere has been great. The AA support team assigned to our company has gone out of their way to help us and provide additional training when we asked. When we come to them with a problem, they advise us with solutions which are catered to us and to our needs. They are not just trying to push AA products down our throats.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more integrated commands in excel and SAP. Depending on the UI of the application its performed on, the object cloning and image recognition command can be unreliable. These commands should be more robust to be functional on all types of websites and applications. The error handling commands are also limited, and could be expanded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have automated many repetitive accounting processes which has led to a lot of employee time savings as well as operational efficiencies.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have not used other automation software to speak of others' customer service, but at least with AA the customer service is very good. Good support becomes just as important as the capabilities of the tool at times.

Automation Anywhere - Awesome

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is the easy to use bot creator tools with a side panel that lists all the available functions so you have a quick way to access the abundance of functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training, while insightful, is a bit traditional in terms of online video training. I think the YouTube approach or similar video style is probably more modern and enjoyable. For instance, a speaker walking through a lesson, maybe even visible in a medium shot in between topics or a web cam. I believe regardless of the exact method, there can be better ways to keep the student engaged, it is a long training to cover and needs to retain that excitement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work with other platforms like Salesforce and Oracle Peoplesoft and use these tools to communicate, manage client data, and query reports. We will be using AA to relieve employees from the mundane routine clicks and typing and have bots quickly handle regular day to day so more judgement calls can be made and answers/solutions can be relayed to clients with more efficiency and effectiveness.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is the tool itself. I am trained as developer and ran out support team for a year and I find that the tool does very well automating processes at an enterprise level.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been quite a few instances as of later of inconsistent service from AA and look forward to working with them to see what we can to do improve this
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
High volumes transaction work. Reduced expenses.

What do you like best about the product?
That it is easy to use, you do not have to be a programmer to use this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
That it still has some limitations, like being able to access certain programs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team has to pour through hundreds of lines of data looking for variations. It's a tedious process. With Automation Anywhere, we get the software to do most of the hard work for us, leaving us with the results that we can then use to make decisions.
