What do you like best about the product?
Platform is great. It has many commands to work on different applications, web or desktop or legacy etc. Control room has multiple controls to handle the enterprise workflow and maintain it, simple for admins. Plugins such as SAP or legacy and other features such as web automation is great which provided minor details i.e. properties of objects which makes it easy to make a robust automated process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Session management, task upload, download. Their GUI, it could be more intuitive for developer and more customizable. There could be more easy approach towards plugins. Also how to maintain dependencies in the script can be ease down along with error handling feature. The major irritation from developer's standpoint is to upload/download task, not only that, it is too browse in the window, if you have multiple folders for your script - it will take a lot of time to load at each folder, and for every script you upload, you go to that folder, it repeats every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have Logistics division where we use automation anywhere tool to solve routine process of employees in different team, which are mundane and repetitive.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its a great tool to start the RPA journey in the organization, easy to setup, easy to create bots, even non IT background employees can learn in weeks and implement the same in the organization. Which could be the best strategy for Business employees to automate their workflow/workload and ask IT to support the bots.

One of the Amazing features which I personally feel is IQBOT with vision skills in fulfilling the requirement is awesome.

IT support when contacted need to be addressed by senior tech;s instead of going on rounds when an issue reported by senior's

The trail version 11 sometimes does not run smoothly.

The business problems that we are trying to solve using Automation Anywhere are as follows:
-Repetitive processes.
-The increase of faults resulted of human errors, and the sluggish of some work procedures.

Been a great journey so far
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple and easy to implement. We have created a CoE with in a span of just 8 weeks. The technical support has been great and never been any issue in getting the solution so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have loved it more, if we could have run bots in parallel or multi-threaded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to save ~880 man days of manual work with in the first years of implementation.

The user Interface is very simple to work on and is very user friendly.

Business problems includes: Employees spending too much time on manual tasks such as posting entries manually. AA helps automate such lengthy task so employee can focus on other tasks.

The best thing is all the functions are predefined, anyone can learn easily. Easily understandable commands. Easy to learn grasp and work on it.

AA needs to update to fix some minor bugs like object cloning, Need to improve the properties of object cloning.

Low cost compare to other Tools. Trail version also available. Features are more.

I think its AI platform still requires some improvement.

It is easy to learn , Simple to automate , implementation is Efficient and effective. Additionally the platform is secure..
What do you dislike about the product?
Debugging is difficult. Should also have intelli-sense.

Redundant , inefficient SAP processes for Finance and OTC vertical were automated . Efficiency with 15 FT benefits

Easy to understand and learn. Thorough practice required though.
RPA was a good career choice and Automation Anywhere is a best RPA choice

I like most its Control Room- It allows to customize roles based on client requirement. I feel my onsite job is easy as Control Room has very user friendly and easy to understand UI design.

What do you dislike about the product?
Many time, when we need to reboot App Server Automation Anywhere app pool and scheduler services are not getting restarted automatically.
For me its Task Editor's design and UI is not good. It is really very difficult to debug, update and fix bug as whole script has single alignment and it very difficult to find the correct block of code where you have to make the change.
