What do you like best about the product?
User friendly and can apply to various implementations, there are lot more roads to travel along with AA
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to say as dislike but expecting to upgrade integration connectors with IDM tools, some of the common tasks across financial services and to have easy implementation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manual access Provisioning is replaced using AA software. this is highly beneficiary since we are reducing manual errors in critical applications
Recommendations to others considering the product:
to build a OOTB connector with all IDAM products like Sailpoint, OIM, etc
A lot of good things but there is still room for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
It's speed and ability to accurately identify multiple elements of a screen in one go!
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is not really friendly for people with limited background in programming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating small/simple processes for normal users.

It is far easier to build in Automation Anywhere than in any of the other RPA tools I've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Way too difficult to get certification. The online trainings are nice, but we are trying to sell the product and would like certification. Certification classes are outsourced to vendors with no upcoming classes listed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly moving data from Excel reports into financial software. Reduces need for workers to spend time on these tasks.

Easy interface, Good cluster of commands

Control room is confusing from 11.0 onwards

Ticketing applications, SAP, Successfactors Hiring, Modification etc.
We have saved around 20000 Man hours by automating around 30 use cases which is very huge. we still have plenty in pipeline

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its a very well balanced RPA tool. I have worked on other RPA tools . some have good coding support and some has good UI. AA is one of a Kind which offers both.

Robotics Process Automation seems to be something that will really change how our company operates and will help us find efficiencies that were not possible before.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far nothing. I haven't been working with them long enough to find any issues so far.

We are trying to automate tasks across every major corporate function.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything in the tool is amazing. I like how Autimation make my life easy. The simplicity that it provides for the execution of manual tasks is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more possibilities for Automation. Some times you need to do an specific task and is not possible because of the lack of some kind of options like: While Loops, For Loops. Anyway this can be solved by the use of another options that the software provides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my company we are optimizing every kind of problems with Automation. We love the biggest amount of time and resources we're saving. First that all we are trying to free the workers capacity in a search to use them in another creativity proccesses.

I recommend the use of Automation because is the new way of technology. Every company that try to be at the forefront must implement Automation Anywhere

The training can feel pretty slow at times.

I was very hesitant at first thinking this would be too difficult for me to catch on, but the way the system is laid out, it's much more user friendly and easy to pick up than I thought.
What do you dislike about the product?
The training was not as robust as I would have liked. More examples and possible scenarios pertaining to our business would have been helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pulling data and importing into other systems. We have not implemented any bots yet to provide data around benefits realized.

Take some time to understand your processes prior to investing in this tool. If you have some ideas of processes that could be automated and how much time they take prior to learning about Automation Anywhere, attending training, and implemented, you will realize the value much more quickly.
