Automation Anywhere RPA Review
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use workbench. Security and Central Management of bots through Control Room. Overall stability of bots exceeded expectations, and in addition to expected efficiency gains error reduction has been added benefit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frequent patch releases, sense that company is growing too quickly and releases are rushed without adequate regression testing. This is getting worse.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Looking for expense reduction either by reduction in head count, or re-training associates to do more rewarding work. We have achieved ROI the equivalent of 5 FTEs in just a year and a half with a staff of 3. While the only replacements we've done is offshore staff, others in the organization have been re-trained and our doing more rewarding work as bots have taken hold of structured input data entry tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Its awesome improvement in control Room, equipped with more controls , which have been segregated based on the actions.
What do you dislike about the product?
for every product , there will be pros and cons, and cons will be improved in later versions, so nothing to worry about them at all. there is no question of disliking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned , command window is augmented with more controls with specific to domains, which helps in improvement and effective utilization of development time.
eg : SAP integraion, Work Queue items and many more , last but not least Bot insight is very good functionality.

What do you like best about the product?
The content and it's presentation is really good. It's helpful for those starting out and want to upskill. Automation anywhere RPA is highly recommended even if we don't want to take any exam in RPA. Simple and Easy to learn! Happy Learning!!!

I feel that the Automation Anywhere tool should be a little more user-friendly. Currently the layout framework of Automation Anywhere is a little complex and may be difficult to use for a new person. I suggest that they simplify things a bit. However its positives outweigh the negatives by a huge margin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have automated a lot of manual and time-consuming processes using Automation Anywhere like duplicating files, memos, extracting data, etc. It has been a great value add to our team and our firm as whole. I would highly recommend Automation Anywhere to analysts out there. Give it a shot and it may be the best tool you ever used.

This tool is amazingly useful and powerful. It handles a lot of uses cases and can help save a lot of time and effort by automating manual processes. you can also schedule tasks for end to end automation. I would definitely recommend giving this tool a shot. It might be one of the best value adds for your company.

Advanced concepts like ML, IQ Bots which are incomparable with competitive tools
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere is not user friendly for Oracle Applications. As of now we are using Metabots for this but this is not that user friendly. As we face identification issues and it is unstable. When we compare Microfocus tool UFT with AA. UFT is giving faster results than AA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Extracting data from different sources and analysis of data. An option to integrate with Excel Macros, SQL database.
Give us option to integrate with SSIS too.

What do you like best about the product?
The portal is designed in such a way that there are many short duration videos , with more information. The person who explains the course has got a energetic voice, which is obviously an inspiration for the learners. I have taken up the online courses like " AWS certified Architect program & AWS certified developer programs. Content & walk through of courses are too good.
What do you dislike about the product?
could have involved even more mock tests with tips to remember those answers better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to setup the AWS automated deployment in our current project by using this Automation anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is useful and powerful tool in the market, with their exhaustive training material we can implement very easily. It give you control to manage many operations and task thought the lifecycle and in lesser time we can possibly automate complex tasks. It has user friendly GUI and doesn't required to have a developing skill. Its flexible and useful to support our various processes.

Initially we were struggling to Integrate the application into our cloud environment and needs improvised Audit trails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have implemented AA in our Managed Service Process, Service Desk and other Infrastructure support process. Automations is saving our time and Money with more accuracy.

What do you like best about the product?
Best part of automation anywhere is its ease of learning and the university support provided. Organisations can easily train people with just the university enrollment and completion of the courses. It is of much use and simpler explanations that has provided excellent learning curve in the due course of training.

What do you dislike about the product?
There has been no issues thus far in my journey with Automation Anywhere. I was confused between BluePrism and this, however the university was key in pulling me towards automation anywhere. However we are still in the phase of getting trained, implementing it. It is far better than BP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently replacing BP with AutomationAnywhere for its UI friendliness and ease of KT to other peers.

Definitely do use automation anywhere to reduce manual efforts and automate repetitive mundane jobs. It is so user friendly that you forget that it is a tool that involves too much learning. It is like a UI game that takes you leaps ahead
