What do you like best about the product?
I like it because it is a very practical and easy to use tool and I often use it to automate processes. I liked the learning videos and emails, they are very interactive and you can learn easily because of the contents that are very explanatory and detailed. The main advantage of AA is its ability to automate complex tasks in the best way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything and I have not found anything wrong, all processes are automated and zero errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since Automation Anywhere began to be used, we have been able to notice great benefits, process automation, PDF data extraction from invoices and system automation.

I liked this amazing software that simplifies life, I liked that bots replace the boring and repetitive things that we humans do on a daily basis. It really is an amazing software that helps in mundane and repetitive tasks, one thing I like about this software is the easy to use interface, in fact, it is simple to create bots.

It only had minor hiccups at first when it was implemented, but nothing to worry about.

I can say that this RPA helps to reduce human effort by providing additional time to feel less stressed in some tasks that were exhausting, now everything is much better than before.

Automation Anywhere is the best RAP tool I know. It helped me greatly and decreased my work charge. I don't have dislikes in general. Just, sometimes, I need to repeat the process of deleting a bot, but that isn't a problem.

AA is a wonderful tool, I love it. It automates business operations, is reliable, and can perform heavy tasks without human intervention. Also, is very precise in the execution of bots.

What do you like best about the product?
AA 360 makes automation extremely simple with a huge list of actions to do various operations and connectors to integrate 3rd party apps. The IQ bot comes in handy when it comes to extracting data from PDF documents. Humans and machines may now interact more successfully than ever before thanks to AARI. AA 360 is incredibly user-friendly and straightforward to understand when compared to previous versions.

- More thorough SAP documentation and BAPI Packages can assist in quickly automating SAP activities
- A trained L1 Tech support team can assist in reducing response times once an issue has been raised and explained
- A standard framework and a system variable for the line number will help.

SAP Invoice processing, HR related automations, Financial AP processes, operational activities. Relief of the pressure of repetitive, high-volume operations like purchase order issuance and claims processing. Automation Anyhwere is leiman understandable RPA tool.. and follows Low code and High efficient tool and at the same time very stable and trustworthy. v11.3.5 is more stable
What do you dislike about the product?
In V11, sometimes we are facing issues with Client window schedules and repeat options and as well as some issues with email and Chrome based integrations. Sometimes code will get struck

We are solving majority of business reconciliations problems which is yielding high accuracy than manual work with minimal budget. Thereby chance of reducing the FTE

This tool was very helpful in automating repetative tasks and easy integrable with other technologies like Optical Character Recognition like Abbyy and Hyper Science etc
What do you dislike about the product?
Its regarding A360 version release. AA Team keeps on releaseing different versions on a frequent basis. And previous verions should be easy convertable to newer versions with minimal effort
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One Major problem related to V11 is when integrating with google chrome. Most of the times the tasks will be corrupted when we are integarting with Chrome. And no return parameters for Macro call

I like this software because it was easy to adopt RPA with agility and create new ways to help us by automating processes, it is a scalable software with a vision of the future. I liked that it made things that are repetitive and hectic easy and the commands were easy to use without needing to be the best at coding. AA is a very intuitive software and it was worth implementing.

I would like it to be much easier to understand at first, I remember that we felt confused and little by little we understood.

It was definitely the best option we could take, this RPA is doing a great job with its artificial intelligence and robotic process automation, it is the best it works very well in fact it is doing it now.

1. When I tried the community version, I have to face a server problem. I received errors like Bad Gateway.
2. I can pass only one parameter to a Python function for that I have to do some extra coding in Python for splitting parameters from one input.
