Good RPA Tool but needs improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Since AA is adopting the cloud and adding new tools such as Discovery, It gives ample opportunity for learning.
Few points for latest version A360
1. Cloud gives it to be implemented on any machine
2. Discovery tool is very helpful in identifying the RPA opportunities

What do you dislike about the product?
Plateform A360 is not stable, sometimes starts behaving weird
in A360 AHT is very high as compared to previous versions of AA.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have done multiple AA - RPA projects for various clients and It helps the clients on cutting the FTE cost and meeting the SLA.
Apart from this due cloud being the base for A360 - it gives the organisation centralised control, which they can use to apply analytics and work on process improment.

Fortunate that I got a change to know the Automation Anywhere and learn the same.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful and must appreciate thing is Automation Anywhere Support and the way they are handling the customer need. They are very much patient with understanding the customer's problem and expectations. Always tend to fulfill customer needs and explain all the aspects in a detailed way so that customers can understand the situation and product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The SLA time of the ticket. It would be great if we get the response a little earlier. We will be able to create SEV-1 always, but most of the tickets that we are creating are critical and affect the business progress. For SEV-2 also we are waiting for 2 days to get a response and by the time the issues are escalated in another level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To reduce the number of people involved in the same process for so many hours is reduced and the bot is taking control. The major problem is the time taken for a single process with multiple resources. By using Automation Anywhere we have overcome this problem.

Easy to use Commands, PDF Integration, Image Recognition, Metabots, Bot Creator, Secured Control Room

Document processing with IQ Bot, Process discovery using Discovery Bot

Automating day to day straight forward high volume repetitive processes.

Good, however v11 is better suited to older applications, IQBot needs alot more material for support

AA360 is very suitable for web handling and navigation using domx path.
The recorder I find is less useful than v11's object cloning and capturing screens, specifically financial applications built on delphi.

IQBot needs a lot of work in terms of support, We need detail documents on how AA uses DB's for learning instances, as when we upgrade control room we lose all our learning instances.
The issue was resolved by AA's technical team over the course of 3 sessions that were 3 hours or longer.

We automate a range of business functions from invoice processes to performing financial reconcilations.
We save certain clients easily 1000hrs a month.

regarding A360.. its not been completely prod ready and versions are getting released frequently adding additional works to end users

Automation anywhere is the best and most reliable RPA tool for automating end-to-end business processes. We have implemented automation for repetitive and manual tasks in our organization.
Automation anywhere is the cloud-native and web-based automation which I like the most, with all combinations of RPA, artificial intelligence, IQ bot, machine learning and analytics etc.
A2019/A360 has more features that are added. One can access A2019 on any machine from the browser using weblink and there is no need for separate tool installation.

Most of the limitations have been implemented in AA2019 when compared with earlier AA versions like AA v10 & v11.
Below are a few observations that can be better if it's addressed
1. In the A2019 version while connecting to the local machine takes time.
2. I am unable to share the code with other team members or download it.

Currently, I am working on both V11 and A2019 versions for projects related to - business processes, life science and human resources(HR).
I have implemented automation on Web-based apps, SAP, Mainframes, IQ bots, data extraction, SQL DB etc.
It is very easy to learn this tool and implement the automation with a user-friendly UI.
Moreover, for any issue, the automation anywhere support team is available to address our queries which I like the most.

Yes, I recommend the Automation anywhere tool. It's very easy to learn and adapt to any organization in the case of Automation of processes. It's highly secure and with a cloud version, one can be able to access it from anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
Cloud Enable feature provides easy to implement along with low infrastructure cost. Along with that, the AARI has created a lot of opportunities for automating processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Still waiting for more upgrades to be added in AARI like the image to make it more interactive for the end-user.
