Automation Anywhere to eliminate human error and significantly increase work efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
I really like this RPA for its simplicity and ease of use and the way to avoid repetitive tasks, the drag and drop feature is great because it makes coding easy, I also liked how flexible it is because of the very modern and familiar UI. We joined this world of RPA and since it was implemented we have been able to see great changes and benefits.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment I can only say that I need to improve some functions in the control room, for example adding a dropdown menu to get to the functions quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In general, I am satisfied with Automation Anywhere, it is the best solution to develop workflows for repetitive processes and improve ourselves at work by eliminating errors and getting rid of time-consuming processes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is software that I highly recommend, it is necessary for any organization that wants to automate processes, if you want to get started in the RPA world, this is the necessary tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Having software that uses Cloud RPA, allows us to access its functions from any device. All you need is an Internet connection. Automation Anywhere ensures consistently excellent performance, regardless of the power of our devices.
I also love the ease of use. Programming a bot with drag-and-drop and intuitive visual schemes is great. Instead of worrying about the process, it allows us to focus on the results.
The technical support staff is very friendly and always helps us with any questions.

What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, AA works very well; I have no complaints about the software. If I have to think of something I don't like, there are times when the cloning bots function doesn't work correctly, and I have to redo it. But it happens so infrequently that it's no inconvenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have automated processes that were very tedious to do. For example, we can extract and organize data in Excel, fill out forms, program the implementation of functions in web application development, test servers' performance, etc.
In general, we delegate to the bots all the functions that are simple to do, and just check that everything is in order. As a result, we save a lot of resources in time and personnel.

My recommendation is to have a person in charge of determining the functions that can be automated. The uses of bots can be infinite. You just have to think about when they will be helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
Its basis is running in the cloud, with no installations. And this is something I love because I don't have to install heavy or challenging to optimize client software on the company's machines. Plus, it is always compatible, regardless of what device is used to run it.
Process updates can be done without updating the local clients, taking just a few clicks.
The pre-built commands make it easy to start running complicated processes right out of the box. It is also possible to customize actions with the available commands.

What do you dislike about the product?
The latest cloud version is not stable and takes quite some time to connect the company's machine to the RPA. Sometimes, the time to delete unused variables is too long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have increased the productivity of internal processes without devoting more human resources. Some of the personnel in charge of supervision have dedicated themselves to other tasks.
The overall business process has improved. Objectives have been met more accurately and with fewer resources.

Despite being an easy-to-use program, Automation Anywhere's documentation is extensive. Therefore, I recommend reading it to deepen some aspects and make a couple of tests to have exciting uses.

It's a great low code platform with a good learning curve, I liked being able to automate some work because it's easy to use and easily adapts to any user, it's a very reliable tool for building bots. I like that it offers personalized activities, I also liked the flexibility, in particular, it's excellent.

Some features need improvement because they aren't that useful or stable.

It's good for automating repetitive tasks and creating solutions for different manual processes, I like that it's easy for developers to use and configure. The user interface is very intuitive and familiar, I liked that we can run the bots quickly and cover the daily needs of our company.

There are no errors at this time since AA is being used and it is the solution to our errors.

I like it because it is an excellent RPA with advanced functions to help us day by day in our work, I love the variety of commands to automate and the learning curve is good, I also like being able to clone objects and edit, and that it can be operated with Excel and simplify our work and have more hours for heavier tasks that are manual.

Sometimes it was somewhat complicated to use it in some of its sections which we were not familiar with, it was the only problem, and then we got used to it.

I like most of the functions it offers, its interface is a web and easy to use, it really is attractive, clean and understandable, but what I like the most is that it simplifies life and makes everything perfect because bots don't make mistakes, I also like that it performs assisted automation between human and bot collaboration and improves performance.

It has some limitations and problems with copy and pasting between a bot and meta bot, but the rest is fine.

It's a good RPA because it gives you the opportunity to create bots and automates everything repetitive in a simple way, I like that it's very easy to reduce manual work with its built-in functions, I really love it because it helps a lot and reduces human work and that it here is no human-caused failures, it is very secure RPA software and itis the best and safest way to manage sensitive data without worry.

I like it because currently there were problems in the tasks processed by humans that made mistakes but once AA was implemented everything went well on the right track, it is a very good tool with advanced functions and a happy solution that allows you to automate tasks and keep everything in order thanks to the robots that do a great job. When I think of RPA I think of Automation Anywhere, the best platform on the market.

No problem, it's a good RPA platform that has zero bugs so far.
