What do you like best about the product?
- Multiple deployment solutions (Cloud-based, On-premise, hybrid).
- AA is Easy to learn for beginners be it, developers or business users.
- Easy to integrate with existing systems for IT security and compliance.
- No thick client is required to be installed and only a lightweight bot agent service is to be installed on the AA client.
- Multiple products are provided under 1 roof- IQBot(Cognitive tool for smart Extraction of data from PDFs), AARI(Digital assistant), Discover Bot(Process Discovery and mining), Bot Insights(Business analytics), etc.
- Super-friendly user interface and built-in commands/packages which are easy to drag-drop and use, unlike other competitors which require prior knowledge of .NET/C# to even use variables during development.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Support provided by Automation Anywhere can be improved and I would rate the support experience as 6 out of 10.
- Bot agent connectivity is a problem at times and there are issues encountered that only support will be able to resolve.
- IQBot product works great for simple invoices but is unstable if the Invoices are more complex in nature.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- We are using Automation Anywhere for helping out our customers gain more ROI(Return on Investment), Save manual hours and have mission-critical processes completed within lesser time.
- There are a few business processes that are to be performed on year-end or month-end and during holidays where Business users had to cancel their leave/vacation plans. RPA Automation Anywhere helps automate such processes as well and provides relief to the BU's.
- The Automation Anywhere RPA is helping automate processes that require to be run every hour (like Invoice Posting) which eats up a lot of users' time and requires dedicated FTE. Automating such processes has helped the FTE work on more meaningful tasks and such monotonous and time-bound tasks are performed by AA RPA.

- It would be best to go with the Automation Anywhere Cloud-based solution where your Web Control room and IQBot server-side components will be hosted at Automation Anywhere's cloud and your private tenant will be created in their cloud to secure your data. This way you will be saving your cost on heavy infrastructure to deploy these components on-premise.
- Start with a starter pack and gradually as you keep adding more bots to your production and grow your RPA you can keep scaling your licenses up.
- Begin with automating low hanging fruits first to build the confidence of your organization in RPA and then go with complex processes once RPA Automation Anywhere is established as a solution.

User Friendly and a very powerful tool
What do you like best about the product?
I am loving the dictionary conecpts and user friendly behaviour of tool. It has power to automate everything. We use Excel, xml , SQL , API , powershell scripts with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find difficulty while using nested loop and nested if . It works perfectly but UI sometimes confuses me . IF in IF can have more gaps to be defined . It will be easy then. Also , Terminal emulator should allow manual Keystrokes as earlier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have automated all types of tools. Example - Excel,Mainframe,XML,API,WEB,Email. It increases my productivity by giving latest features like Dictionary. We are achieving 95% + Success rates now.

Good RPA product
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use without coding much. and its large community to get help if any issues happen. and it's getting better and better in each product release. always improving.
What do you dislike about the product?
To develop sub-scripts for a project, need to create a new task bot that jumps to a new page that loose track of the process that developed and its giving complex navigation to put it together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved an end-to-end insurance renewal process for a particularly large bank. And it is I have been able to develop the process within a few weeks without coding much.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
When you are looking into large scale RPA deployment AA is one of the best solutions available in the market
I have been using Automation Anywhere in the Telecom domain and have automated several process.
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is on the cloud which is the biggest advantage compared to other automation tools. AARI has been the best thing so far, especially for the Call Center use cases in the Telecom domain.
What do you dislike about the product?
Network issues cause BOT failure sometimes as the control room is on the cloud. Being on the cloud is an advantage but also the reason for failure especially if there are network issues when connecting with third-party applications on-prem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far we have automated several Back Office mundane processes such as allocation of tasks, resolving customer complaints and extracting data, creating reports, which are repetitive and rule-based. The overall manual effort saved is over 10k hours annually to the company.

What do you like best about the product?
The recorder is an absolute masterpiece of the product, it works like a charm and gets things done with much ease

The lack of support/consistency while working with Edge in IE mode can be improved by a lot

We are solving various daily activities in oracle. So far through RPA we have omitted the manual validation tasks which makes the process more accurate.

Automation Anywhere the best way to automate processes using bots
What do you like best about the product?
I like this product because it provides good customer service and they are always online to solve any problem, I like it. I also liked the way it was implemented because it was very simple and it took us very little time. I liked being able to create robots that easily adapt to operating systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing against this tool, I just found several features that are sometimes not as useful as others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since it has been used we have seen a good speed in performance, it is a great technology that is being used to the maximum. Automate, extract data, avoid errors and save time for other things.

It is a very easy software to implement, I recommend it.
