Best RPA tool to make all our daily routine tasks automation
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is very easy to understand.
Creating a bot is also very easy, just drag and drop available action items to create bots.
Mainly I configured the bot for our user deactivation and revoking the left user's access to all access. Before it was challenging and important to remove access to the exit users hence we planned to make this workflow automation and it headed to the right decision.

What do you dislike about the product?
Minimium system configuration requirements to run advanced bots are very high. Before procuring we should ensure we have enough assets to run bots.

Creating bots and configuring them in users, servers etc.

Automation anywhere provides the best in class tools and systems to automate your workloads. It also provides trainings and educative softwares to get you set up and run your workload.

The software installation process is very time consuming and could be improvised. The certifications should include more diverse fields regarding the automation anywhere environment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating workloads for personal projects and learning . Using it for doing repetitive tasks like data integration and copy paste tasks for personal projects.

I am used Automation Anywhere A2019 for multiple use cases. A2019 is a web-based version of Automation Anywhere. Building the complex bots using all integrated actions in AA is very easy and
user-friendly. I must say this is the best part of AA is it makes complex bot development very easy.

What do you dislike about the product?
I developed multiple bots in Automation Anywhere 2019. The one issue I faced in capture action in one of my use cases of web data extraction. The capture needs to capture the data in the web page by providing X and Y Co-Ordinate of the pixels. But it fails to capture it properly which may cause the failure of the bot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I developed multiple software bots in Automation Anywhere A2019 including, complex business process automation, web data extraction, desktop automation, OCR, developing AI-Enabled software bots in COGNITIVE AUTOMATION with the use of IQ Bot.

If you are new to RPA and want to make a career in it, you can start your journey with Automation Anywhere. AA is very easy to learn and we create complex bots fast and easily. If you are an experienced RPA Developer then you should consider this tool for ease of developing the bots which make the business complex processes fast!!

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of this is that it helps to automate a lot of manual tasks and it saves time. It runs end-to-end automated business tasks that help the companies to complete the tasks in an error-free environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software sometimes hangs when trying to process some specific format of files. except that, the overall experience is good and smooth. UI is also good and user friendly

Helping to automate the business process and lessen the human effort. It helps to reduce the human effort which helps to reduce human error. Error-free works are done.
Solid tool for automating repetitive tasks
What do you like best about the product?
AA is a great tool to eliminate tasks that are repetitive in nature and can be done automatically. Humans can make errors out of frustrations but once you deploy bots to do the same task, it will yield accurate results which also minimizes time and efforts for corrections and eventually ends up saving costs. There are plenty of tutorials available on YouTube to get started with AA.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experienced anything significant that I feel it's bad at. No dislike for now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously worked on a project where we had to read the invoice PDFs, capture data, and store it in an excel sheet. This helped in getting all the accurate data in lesser time than manual work.

What do you like best about the product?
The software is easy to use and easy to understand. With AA, it is possible to extract vast amounts of data from excel or a database in a few minutes. Additionally, the user interface is impressive. Setting up and configuring the system is effortless. In general, OCR makes it possible to read handwritten and printed text from documents very quickly. Emails are also sent with attachments to the user very quickly. You can also run scripts that save you half the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be easier to understand development flowcharts if they were more readily available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After implementation, we were able to save 50% of person-hours.

The bots are easy to develop, have good performance, and are tested extensively. It will reduce the workload for staff.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using this tool because it gives a broad perspective of automation in different types of business processes thus increasing productivity in our organization with its beautiful robotic automation, I also like that you don't have to be an expert to understand it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike, for now, they are only very clear tastes for its great benefits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It automates a lot of the work and it's nice to eliminate manual and repetitive tasks like autoresponders, data entry and report generation like excel spreadsheets, that was our problem solver.

What do you like best about the product?
I like this tool because it automates and manages files, I like being able to quickly extract information as PDFs and Excel is great, I like how fast and efficient it is. It is simple and RPA to do away with mundane tasks and reduce errors made by people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really like everything about Automation Anywhere and it keeps getting better every day without any issues so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AA was able to solve our issues of errors and confusion from people doing the wrong work, once AA was implemented it all changed and vastly improved workflow, it was a solid solution for automating business processes and now all is well.

I recommend it, it is a very good RPA that will help you improve the workflow and simplify it enormously.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the automation anywhere RPA because it helps us reduce the overall cost. We required a solution to perform our day-to-day common operational tasks. Using Automation Anywhere RPA, we were able to deploy bots to do the tasks and they worked error-free. We easily learned how to use the RPA; helpful tutorials were available on the web. We can now automate a variety of tasks like scheduling software maintenance for our clients. When it comes to delivery the average handling time is also reduced
What do you dislike about the product?
automation anywhere RPA works well most times, however, it's challenging during code migration from v11 to A360.it keeps showing a pop message of compatibility error.I also find coding with the utility tool generally compex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using automation anywhere RPA we've been able to uncover unexpected outages. We have been able to eliminate errors that would have occurred during file transfer in software development . We also enjoy the services of this bug-free software

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is a widely used Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solution that automates manual processes. We have used the solution to use the bots to automate our manual data entering form and entering the millions of user records. It is a highly reliable and secured solution for your organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data perfection is not up to the mark and OCR quality is not as perfect. We need extra efforts to read it manually and then enter it into the system. Also, it requires higher internet bandwidth for all the processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes we faced issues in creating and implementing the workflows into the system. It was very complicated to use that workflow as they require a high level of business logics and everytime we need to re-develop the workflows.
