RPA tool to reduce time on repetitive tasks by automating them

What do you like best about the product?
I like Automation Anywhere because it is a tool for process automation and it is incredible because it simplifies work and saves time, I like being able to reduce processing costs with mundane tasks and notice a great growth in work. It is a good RPA from what we have tried this has been the best, I also like its very intuitive interface and the way it has been developed.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use it in the correct way and everything flows very well without any hiccups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It automates various tasks and reduced the time we used to spend on manual tasks, this tool was easy to use and helped us a lot in solving our problems.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend that you try the 30-day trial version and you will see that you will not regret it.

Next Gen RPA tool: AA

What do you like best about the product?
Understanding this RPA tool is very easy. Without any technical knowledge, I started working on this tool.
Mainly I implemented a bot in our New user's ID creation before the user had to do this task manually and needed to wait for more time to complete this task. Now, I made it automated, so this task is completing on time without any issues. I almost implemented 12 bots in our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very intelligent and perfect RPA tool. No Dislike for now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Control Room maintenance.
Creating new bots and workflows.
I am implementing bots in user's system.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a stable and robust platform. Everything has been made so easy yet reliable. All the tedious and repetivite tasks are easily manageable from Automation Anywhere. Data Scrapping and excel automation tools are the best out of all and since the pricing is also conventional.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is quite limited when it comes to integrations, it could definitely be improved. A free trial package can be included so that we know what all can we expect from it. Apart from the aforementioned, we didn't face any issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere was used across our organization for multiple tasks, right from web automation to fetching and updating data in sheets. It did enable us to reduce manual efforts and increase productivity. A great tool, especially for Finance related operations and for the Admin Team.

Automation Anywhere is a one-step solution

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is pleasant and valuable for ease of use. In addition, it helps team members feel comfortable using Automation Anywhere, even if they are the most novice.
You don't have to know anything about writing code to create a bot and automate repetitive tasks. However, it would help if you had a little ingenuity and logic to find the precise steps to record the bot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the bot runs a little slower than it appears in the recording. However, it is not noticeable unless a person constantly watches what is happening.
The error reporting system is a bit flawed as well.
Nothing that can't be fixed with a couple of patches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using the software since we implemented remote work in 2020. It has allowed us to get on with the job without errors, even though human interaction has been dramatically reduced.
It also helps us process large amounts of information from our customers.
On the other hand, our bots do tasks in the accounting department because they reduce errors and effort. Almost all of their processes are done automatically.
Finally, the programmed bots help us sort through all the data, which used to take a lot of time and effort on our employees.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's straightforward to use the application. The only recommendation is to study the processes to be automated to optimize them before programming the bots. This way, you will save a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an easy-to-use and really very good open-source tool, and it can be used thanks easily to the user interface. It is a very reliable and easy-to-implement tool. What I liked the most was the quality of the training material and what makes it a perfect product.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs some performance improvements, should be faster and more efficient. Also, the learning path is very good, but it would be nice if less coding was used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For now, we are in the process of automating some activities in the organization, and this product is key and fundamental for us due to its productive work and facilitation of human lives.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go ahead; it's a good tool that anyone with little development knowledge can use.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere platforms are transformation agnostic and every service within the platform is in house build. Upside of using Automation Anywhere is its functional modules which are well integrated and provide a 360 view of the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Anywhere still lacks some core capabilities on process mining, intelligent automation and application feasibility. More interactive functionality and less bugs in the automation can make it one of the best platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere is crafted to address challenges in multiple domains specially BFSI. Working with Automation Anywhere helped addressing many hotspot usecases within BFSI domain

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to create non-coding bots to populate, sort, and store spreadsheet data.
It makes Salesforce integration easier.
This automation tool can be used by any employee in any department.
What do you dislike about the product?
The orchestrator loses capacity in some cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation Anywhere has assisted us in reducing the time it takes for various processes, automating inventory management, and collecting data for sales analysis and increasing the number of customers. We've been able to save time for our employees by increasing their productivity.

Task automation is highly recommended for any company as it increases worker performance.
It offers a free trial and has a very collaborative community.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an easy-to-implement solution to automate tasks and save time that is used for other tasks manually. I like how easy it is to use and that it allows integration with third-party applications. If you ask me what your favorite RPA is and my answer would be Automation Anywhere. It is the best, and it is cloud-based and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were a few other OCR issues, but they were resolved within days with support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is good for automating processes. I was pleased to see great efficiency at work and have time to finish other projects. That was our solution.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great product to automate repetitive tasks, and the best thing is that it adapts to any company.

Very helpful RPA tool for our business: AA

What do you like best about the product?
Revoking access to exit employees was a difficult challenge for me before because it's very important for a company to revoke access imeediately due to data security.
So I created my first bot and implemented automation for this task. Now, it's happening very effectively. No more follow-ups for this task. And also user was working with this task was allocated to another work. This tool also works as an additional resource. Now almost all daily routine tasks are automated. Thanks, AA!

Must have RPA tool. This tool helped me a lot. No Dislike.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility of the system to create automation. We used it in my organization to improve productivity and customer experience for our back-office process, open tickets from customers, provide initial automated support before going throw the tier 1/2 support
What do you dislike about the product?
There is some progress need to make with the bots AI to gain more capabilities automatically

It solved one aspect of the organization's digital transformation process we had to automate the escalation and support services to our customers
