RPA Automation at 360 degree.
What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere is the best RPA platform that I have used. The stability and reliability of processes developed using Automation Anywhere is way better than any other RPA tool.
It is easy to use and install. Since it's a low-coded technology anyone with basic programming knowledge and logic can use it.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much to dislike about AA. However, the new UI in automation anywhere cloud version(A360) is very chunk. The developer studio is not very comfortable for the user. If the code is lengthy it is difficult to seek through the code. And also the search functionality within the code is not efficient. It would have been better if the code editor is more professional and looks like a text editor(similar to AA V11).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly I used it for web scrapping, excel automation, web automation, etc. One of the significant processes that I have used AA for developing a PowerPoint presentation containing data from different platforms. Even though AA doesn't have inbuilt features to interact with Microsoft POwerPoint, I used custom VB scripts. The process is scheduled on monthly basis. It creates 90 ppts with an average of 1000 slides. The man-hours for doing the same is 2-3 weeks but the AA bot reduced it to 48 hrs. The total cost savings is very huge and the business is highly impressed with the process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Automation Anywhere is an amazing tool. It is the most efficient RPA tool once you implement it. There is no going back to any other tool once you are familiar with it. It is simple to work within any system in the new cloud edition of AA; all you need is an internet connection. You can integrate with any 3rd party tools and we can write custom DLLs if we want. The AA support team is inclined to assist 24/7.

What do you like best about the product?
Best RPA tool I worked on in my carrier. Mainly I am using this for downloading the daily reports from our internal tool and uploading them to the Visual Studio tool to run the package later. Before 2 users were maintaining this process and full of dependency. Now, everything automated single user can do multiple tasks. Creating bots is very easy no technical knowledge is required. 2 days of training is enough to start using this RPA tool.

Best intelligent RPA tool. This tool has many multiple features even this can be used in future projects also. There is no dislike.

Automation anywhere gives many opportunities over world and it reduces fte of company by automating applications. Causes that it saves lots of money and time to complete the task.

Dislike is community edition has to improve with examples for first time user. If we consider a360 need lots of tutorial on sites it has many features which are not easily grasps

Many more to write about different applications. But one new feature of a360 is reading data through rest and soap methodology and update sharepoint as well with this feature without opening any site.

What do you like best about the product?
User Interface is easy to use for a non programming professional, works like an IDE where I can drag and drop the commands to create the bots.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike much but the hang issues can be improved, and some integration with Sap applications doesn't work.

I am using it for creating the bots to automate the rule-based process for my client in Pharma Division.

Overall I like the app and didn't face many issues, but the deployed script is sometimes hung, and the script starts to fail.

It is cost and time-saving to start and stop bots and feel what automation is and how it reduces human efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
This RPA tool has reduced 3 users dependencies in my department. Before I was depended on users to complete tasks and faced issues while completing them. Hence I planned to implement automation tool for our all daily routine digital tasks. and its headed to right decision. Mainly I implemented this RPA tool in my tasks monitoring and almost all monitoring tasks are now automated. Thanks!

Sometimes without any notification bots will stop working. This can be improved.

Every feature in it and the ease with which we can navigate between the pages. And more than that the variety of options available for the purpose of automation is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can be improved a little more better and sometimes in variable mapping page it need to show the number variables mapped in total all the time so that a developer can understand the changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am automating some of the business requirements in financial industry to reduce human efforts for repetitive jobs instead can utilise on a much better place.
