What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere allows users to develop processes using a structured Flowchart-style or line-by-line code approach, giving users the option to choose the style that fits them the best. The latest version, A360, brings the platform to a cloud-native state that makes it even easier to use, manage, and develop bots.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see some actions combined into 1 and then utilize configuration properties to adjust, rather than need a different action for essentially the same thing, just using a different variable type (e.g., assigning a String vs assigning a Number). I would also like to be able to color steps to more easily identify grouped functions such as logging, error handling steps, happy path, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simple manual processes involving actions such as clicking and typing, and some more complex ones which require OCR or Machine Learning models to extract information from forms or invoices and then input that data into other systems. Benefits realized include Hours Returned, Capacity Growth, Improved Accuracy of Data, Improved Compliance, Reduced Risk, Improved Customer/Employee Experience

Not 100% Automation occurs in some tasks.

The interface is so good. Execution time is less.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few bugs, though. Like when I wanted to map a variable, I tried it twice, and then the third time only it got updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I faced some issues while saving the changes. It is very simple and fast.

I will highly recommend others to use Automation Anywhere to save time and build knowledge.

What do you like best about the product?
Downloading daily reports and filtering them and sharing them with all users was the main task we are implemented using this AA RPA tool. Before we depended on users to complete these tasks. But now all tasks happening automatically. The control room concept is a very intelligent option in this AA tool.

Best RPA tool and having all features we need to automate all tasks. No dislike.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I automated the manual L2C orders to make them a one-click payment for my pharmaceutical client. This has resulted in immense cost as well as time-saving for the client. The client also reported higher end-customer satisfaction because of the ease of placing orders.

Always use a machine with high RAM and SSD.

What do you like best about the product?
Automation Anywhere helps me a lot in automating my tedious, repetitive tasks which instead of doing it, I can now focus on more value-adding activities. This solution really makes your daily routine a lot more productive as it fastens your work seamlessly. What I like the best about AA is that it is easy to create and manage your bots, you can notice that there is no required programming language you need to learn. Its UI is very user-friendly as it has 3 views which are the flow, list, and dual. The commands are very straight forward, easy to configure as it is English based like "Enter the message here". Everyone can develop, test, and deploy bots and automate their repetitive, tedious, manual jobs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't say that I don't like the Capability of IQ Bot, but what I dislike about it is that it is hard to achieve the high accuracy of OCR Engine when in terms of Scanned documents as well as on the hand-written one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had developed multiple bots already and deployed them to production. Most of my processes that have been automated are for Finance which Invoice processing, purchase orders, and most of the time working with SAP Applications. I also developed bots for IT Managements, services reports creation, and so on. This benefits a lot as they are now focusing on other higher value-adding activities.

I recommend you to build your own Center of Excellence in your organization which will leads you on a successful automation journey
AA has given chance to everyone to learn RPA by giving community edition.

Definitely it's AARI's UI is user friendly.

Nothing as such. I can say only positive things on AA.

Extracting data from bills, Email query on hiring process, QA chatbot helps my customers by giving appropriate solution.

What do you like best about the product?
I am mainly using this RPA tool for our monitoring our support activities and assigning tasks to users based on availability. Before 3 users were maintaining all tasks. But now only one taking care of this. This really a cost and time-saving solution for current industries' standards.
